The Mine will start producing in early 2027, so the forecast for then is pertinent information.

The ASX spike of 25% in 1.5 hours has to be a leak, that's way more in 1.5 hours of trading than we've had on any day in the recent rise where the price has risen 150%. If anything, you'd expect a 25% rise at the bottom, not after it's gone up 150%. Everyone has been following the Ratification process, checking Parliament etc, so I don't believe the buying was based on Ratification. That leaves the discussions they are in.

Plus interest at 14% compounded monthly is also possible as per ICC-1 award.

Also the last funding was for the Uranium projects. The Arbitrations are fully funded from profits.

My EV car shows a range of 300 miles, but I know for a fact there is 10% more that the instruments don't show, I can run it past zero on the dashboard, there's YouTube videos of people proving this.

My drill can run at 10,000rpm all day without overheating, that's the speed that the drill manufacturer allows, so that the drill lasts for many years. The motor in the drill is rated to 12,000rpm, but manufacturers are never going to allow owners to run it at that speed and wear it out in 6 months then get another one under warranty.

AFC Energy allowance the Ammonia Cracker to produce 500kg/d but it can likely produce 550 or even 600 if they derestricted it. They want owners to be able to run it 100% at the level they have set, they know that doing that will not give them warranty issues.

As for client usage, there will be companies with big needs that can run out Ammonia Cracker 24/7/365 and it will only provide a fraction of what they currently buy or produce.

Google says the following. There's only a couple I see that could fit here and cause the share price rise on ASX that the board suspected could have been a leak of this information.

If any talks are under way for acquisition, there will be a prerequisite that Ratification is required before any bid is made. Ratification is so close that those kind of talks are a possibility.

There's two types of companies:

1) Those that invest early and pay for exploration and Mine construction (Piedmont, now called Elevra), securing early access to offtake if everything goes well.

2) Those that wait for Ratification and Final Investment Decision, then start talking to the company about their offtake requirements.

There's no companies that go into serious offtake talks in between, they either want in early and take the risk, or they don't want that risk and wait for the Mine to be guaranteed as going ahead.

The same applies to bidders such as Assore, they are either willing to acquire early and take the risk that the exploration leads to a viable Mine that's then signed off by Government, or they don't want that risk and wait until Government sign off before bidding, they don't need Final Investment Decision because by acquiring the Mine that decision is theirs and, buying the Mine is effectively their commitment to their own Final Investment Decision.

As I've said before, once Ewoyaa gets Ratification it instantly becomes a very attractive ready-to-build Mine, in a stable country with a new set of Mining Laws and Policies, a country claiming to be the #1 in Africa for Mining investment.

USA, China and EU will all have Government and/or Lithium/Battery companies drooling over it.

A bidding war could get going within a couple of months of Ratification, that's what I'm going to hold onto every share for, and I have a couple of million of them, so 50p or more is what I'm looking for, not this 20p nonsense.

Nobody is going to be discussing offtake untill after Ratification, there's no point talking about it until the mine gets the official go ahead from Government.

The Hydrogen from our Cracker is so cheap, I'm sure they'll run it at 100% whilst reducing purchases of Hydrogen or production of Hydrogen from existing systems, which both cost them more for the Hydrogen they use.

Ah great, a sumptuous swathe of PR and investor activity coming soon. They clearly believe they have made it now, to the point where the systems are ready to take over the World and, they are letting the World know.

Note how the RNS is worded!!

"The halt was requested by the Company pending its response to an ASX share price query, and to address speculation in relation to the potential ratification of the Company's Ewoyaa Mining Lease (note that the Company is not aware of any developments since the announcement of 22 December 2025) and discussions regarding a potential corporate transaction."

The first part is obviously all they can say, despite knowing that the Royalty LI that was created to enable Ewoyaa Agreement Ratification will default into Law on 11 March and they should, if the read the news from Ghana, know that the Lands Minister requested the LI run IN PARALLEL to the Ewoyaa Agreement Ratification, therefore both should be passed by 11 March

The "not aware of any developments" covers the Ratification, it DOES NOT cover the "discussions regarding a potential corporate transaction" because that is written after the "not aware of any developments" bit. So there is definitely something they suspect has leaked about "discussions regarding a potential corporate transaction" to cause the ASX price rise.

If the price on AIM shot up say 50% I think they'd be forced to halt trading on AIM too.
