DrAl, it's not that I'm in total disagreement with you, but the exhaustion of the usage of taxes in this country, over initiative or incentives has far surpassed its breaking point.

Taxing people or business more to force the issue, then not distributing those taxes back into infrastructure or the 3 grey bins you see it places like airports or waste company's ability to adapt to initiatives is pointless.

Business need to play their part, our company doesn't have adequate recycling, we just put stuff in bins. And if they was really serious about it, then incentives would be better suited, and potentially a way forward in future. If the tech like we have here, becomes of use then feedstock will need to be attained, and incentives for company's to supply feedstock through renumerations on separating onsite at Business should come with rewards, especially if its used to create energy to which the government use.

But yes, that's just an idealistic world really
