Roxbury, is like a wily old fox, he talks about buying in sub 50 & has AML close to his heart, how sweet Rox we are truly humbled.
Rox let’s state a few ‘facts’ as Rafa would say; if Stroll wanted to take AML private then why did his consortium take a 16.7% stake?
To take the company private he would need to own over 29.9% of the shares & then make a offer to the remaining shareholders.
So he is a long way off, would he hold back the growth of his own company to try and buy it on the cheap, of course not, to do so he would have to act in breach of his fiscal duties as a director.
He has made his money by taking companies to the market, not taking companies out the market & private.
If he wants funds for his racing ambitions he can do rights issues, etc.
You want the sp to fall to buy in, the privatisation story is bull & you know it, pay the price of the ticket or phone the AA and tell them you need rescuing because your squeaky bum is twitching in case you miss the ride.
