I think you are right infinity...going by the recent tweet on X (twitter) ..... Stark know it's a bargain basement price .

I think his tweet says it all , there are a few issues as stated in the RNS but it seems that they could be sorted out in due course and that production is progressing. I think the market has been spooked 👻 unnecessarily. IMHO , dyor, etc. etc..

Thanks very much for your video ...I think Stark agreed to take the shares as it's partly their fault for the plant not working properly. It gives them a real incentive to get it going ASAP ! As you implied in your analysis of the RNSs , the cash PREM holds is being held in case they have to pay out the 1.5 million in November and perhaps again in December. I really hope Stark can get their finger out and pull it off before the deadlines. They will be working on it 24/7 no doubt 👍

It might be that the "potential investor" is trying to broker a deal with their industry contacts for the supply of sodium ion batteries. It did say in the RNS that during the DD it would introduce AMTE to potential customers . There's no point in buying a company if there isn't a market for its products . If a supply deal can be struck now then it's a much better prospect for the investor . "Potential" investor could imply that they would only invest if then can secure a supply contract for AMTE ...hence the added incentives thrown in (mentioned in the RNS ) for the potential investor.

I agree Jiffy there is so much news just around the corner plus the real possibility of producing gold next year .

World events & inflation have meant investors are switching to gold and even crypto coins as a safe haven for money 💰 China is a big buyer of gold this year ....Bitcoin has seen a rally at the moment. Gold at an all-time high .

The only way is up with Greatland. Gold miners are hot property right now and selling would be a mistake IMHO. DYOR etc etc..

I think there will be a slow but steady change in the market place from diesel to hydrogen generators. The market in the USA is big as most households in the countryside have backup diesel generators for their

homes . This is because of overhead power lines which are the same height as telephone lines in the UK . Whenever there is a bad storm those lines are hit by trees etc. and power cuts follow .

For me it's the ammonia cracker that has so many applications and it works a treat (it seems) so I can see that really taking off , sooner rather than later .

It's a really great achievement 👏 not to be underestimated.... there are so many applications . I agree good timing to get back in 👍

The introduction of other selected investors as mentioned in the RNS could be the other companies involved in the Celeritas project and BP certainly have lots of contacts in the green energy sector.

My money is on BP . If they have made big strides on the Celeritas project then they will want to AMTE.

The last thing BP wants are great long queues at the electric charging points on their forecourts . Bad for turnover, bad for customers so it's crucial to reduce charging times and AMTE have the technology and expertise.

The main thing is that it works incredibly effectively , it's a cracker of a cracker 👌

Only a matter of time before this is rolled out and as mentioned the visit from Japan is highly significant and hope that will produce some sales leads .

P.s. I think it's more likely to be a company that AMTE is already working with .

It could be one of the companies in this joint project due to finish in 2024 . There is so much more to these automotive systems than just the battery . I guess that's why it takes a long time to develop a market for batteries in the automotive sector. Much easier when it's just storage of green energy which is where AMTE's initial market should be .
