Yes , by an extra 147,058,823 shares issued at a knock down price of 1.7 p or Β£0.017 . If this is allowed by the takeover rules . If it's not allowed then an offer would need to be made for the whole number of shares which at the moment total 36,380,000 .
The market cap at the moment is about Β£3.27 million based on a share price of Β£o.o9 or 9 pence .
Let's say these extra , approx. 147 million shares were issued tomorrow that would give a grand total of ....
Now let's multiply that number by the 80% takeover price of 1.7p and you end up with a market cap of Β£3.1 million . So you see the current market cap of 3.27 million is not far off the market cap. when the new shares are issued . So you can expect the share price to fall from 0.09 p to approximately 0.0178 p to arrive at the same market cap. as it stands today all other things being equal . The new money will only add an extra 1.5 million because the loan to carry the company over (of one million pounds) will need to be repaid . This 1.5 million will only last until the end of September. Then I guess another raise or loan . It's not looking good for anyone holding shares at this price level of 0.09 p !! Please do your own research as this is only my take on the situation as it stands at the moment.
