CP I used to be a fan of Trin but am thinking of selling down further (still in profit there but think there are better opps out there). My worked buys have gone through now for these opps but not showing on the trades (?), so off out now and as ever best of luck all!

GL agree if you remember I've said a number of times I got it wrong on here!!! What I take offense at is the ramptastic posts on here which I hope have not influenced any holders or buyers because whilst any realistic assessments have been thrown down as (quite frankly ridiculous naive and obtuse) shorters conspiracy theorists etc it stops a balanced view of this company. GL why do I have to keep on repeating myself? I bought for the assets in spite of mgt not because of. I thought they would realise their limitations and market the assets in a manner more likely to attract medium size oilers. It is part of what I perceive a risk balanced portfolio and in the gamble section. Also investing is a continual learning process and I have finally finally decided NEVER to buy stocks where I don't respect mgt experience. My other stock in portfolio with this regard is EOG but the jury is still out there and likely to find out about that at end of October. As ever all imho of course.

Drewky re govt granting of licence comment, because they (aex mgt) should have never got themselves in this position and should not have (as ever) pushed everything to the last minute (praying the Statoil God may arrive lol?!). They've got this wrong for years as I've been saying for years but I seriously couldn't believe the 'naive assumptions' I was making about their non delivery were true but unfortunately, I think I was right about how out of their depth they always have been. Can't you see this bruv?! This is why they are in the position with govt now, instead of boasting about their fantastic govt relationships perhaps they should have actually tried to deliver on the respective targets and then maybe the govt would have more confidence and generosity in their attitudes to aex? Once again as ever all imho of course!!

10% lol it's only just started bruv. I 'may' average down at mkt cap around £25 to £30 mm but only if we don't get a change of news from today in the interim because, that is a justifiable gamble for me. All imho of course!!

Just that you CP and a few other mgt fans always justified what a good job they were doing by quoting this 7p price as a mgt achievement but good to see how you guys are aligning yourselves to common sense now, in that it was a spike and in fact a lot of people infer negatively with regards to mgt not being able to control spikes? Same old crap. Everything (material) totally out of their control because they are so inept strategically. They've had no foresight whatsoever over, valuing their assets that they waited until a deal came along 'properly' valuing them. Then in following that 'policy/strategy' we have all the problems and uncertainty we face today. Real text book stuff, if it wasn't such an immaterial company that no one really cares anyway, it would probably make an interesting mba thesis with regards to poor strategic mgt and planning in developing company environment. I'll have absolutely none of this talk. As earlier written on here by me no less, the aex mgt are absolutely top quartile. They got all their verbalised targets 110% of the time within budget and extremely pressurised time lines. They have used all their top quartile acumen to achieve a truly brilliant corporate strategic position which led to a complete barn stormer of a farm out. They could be paid 10 times their respective packages and I'd still never be able to criticise them for lack of value. Come on let's hear a big cheer for the mgt. Best of luck all.
