Bruv I still don't get it?! Don't tell me you're the only 'remainer'? Most of the other aex mgt supportive and abusive names seem to have dropped off this board. I suppose they saw sense and "quietly" sold off in contrast to their earlier and and rude posts?! Anyway bruv do you mind clarifying my query why the list doesnt work for uplifting share price but all the mm's games and other conspiracy posts do? Or maybe just maybe none of the posts on here make a bit of difference?

're rns, they'll probably string it along as far as possible until they have some good news to share as they will need it with this next set of results. Probably kn1 related? Drewky have they contacted you about putting the list up more often bruv? It's funny this f'ing list doesnt do f all for the share price and let's face it u really cannae get more positive than that but, whenever the 'shorters/mms conspiracists/moaners and whinger's post on here it does push the share price down. Summat funny there I think? Can any of drewkys fan club (or better still the man himself) explain why that may be? I await with interest.....

Rudey realism versus excessive optimism has served me well over the years. Wtgr lol with the greatest respect. Investment returns this year probably at least 5x my total eog investment is why I invest. This is a very good year though lol! Tbh it has been a bit like shooting fish in bbl and my only two (perennial) under performers aex and eog both in tax efficient holdings hence no possible cgt offset or would have already taken it. Should have sold both earlier and put in me winners but hindsight a wonderful thing and had provided portfolio with risk diversification which is always useful!!

I know Jus can't see me but I have to say we DO NOT KNOW why further appraisal was made. It doesn't HAVE (his words not mine) to be the reason. It is one if many many possible reasons. All wtgr guys. It would be really nice to believe that and it is plausible but equally there are many other equally plausible reasons IMHO. This is why I reply to Jus. He doesnt caveat it with it being his opinion or the fact that he has no industry experience. All well and good that in private conversations with hugh there could be this and there could be that. If I had a dollar for the number of times I had spoken to asset mgrs or ceos of what is marginal / frontier /unproven acreage and heard what there could be!! Again all imho and off now as have some voluntary mentoring to be getting on with, believe it or not lol!!

Rudey I round up the discovery bcf. Wtgr it is so small from the kind of assets I have worked in 10bcf ain't going to make all that much difference. Replying to others. Wtgr prospect 'resources' / giip mean nothing to me (personally). It is the risked resources that mean anything and at the end of the day they are stabs in the dark as well for these assets. Extreme pessimist yes, it's far better to look on real expectations (look at cos / pos) than big theoretical numbers. This is why pi's often get disappointed on frontier exploration. By definition we will be lucky to get sub commercial discovery but enough to spark further interest and dilute further into possible commerciality. However hopefully we will get really lucky and find a company maker first time but, be very aware, the chances say no and invest (allocate available cash) accordingly. Whatever bloody happened to Spanish point ('re pvr) lol?! All imho and best of luck.

Antony ok mate truce. I apologise for referring to you as an idiot and never normally do that. I am a very hated poster over on aex and have suffered far more personal attacks and never restorted to calling anyone an idiot so I think you just caught me at a very bad time!! I really dont want to go into too much detail but a 50bcf discovery near to infrastructure really means f all and is hardly a coup in research either. It could be very positive but equally not knowing the geology there and I'm sure Jus isn't qualified to analyse that either, it means just that. Potentially 50bcf discovered with absolutely no knowledge of deliverability or producibility. I am thinking eog will succeed in this farm down round, more from a perspective of a stopped clock principal. I question their previous data rooms and feel the work done and mgt expectations at the time were naive at best. I sincerely wish everyone best of luck and never ever filter people because I know for a fact I have picked up on (negative regrettably) points made (that I hadn't thought of) by posters I personally didn't 'like' who I felt had other 'motivations'. I also make my supportive points above, in the context that I couldn't sell my volume holdings without taking significant losses, so am holding out for good news (and my investment is immaterial to me anyway) but I think a lot of other investors find themselves within that unenviable position as well which isn't really a good place to be. Yes in the past, I've also seen certain posters claim to have traded (portions) of their eog shares ('re investing later at lower prices supposedly) and question why other people don't do so (as if it was a naturality), when said people were, it seems imho, at the same time also posting very very positive posts on eog. Whether they have in fact done as stated or, it was bravado I don't know but, I was personally surprised by such actions. Anyway people have a choice to filter me and I just suggest they do so? All the above imho. Best of luck all and I'll try and steer clear until we get something 'certain' to discuss via rns as opposed to subjectivity but, reserve the right to defend myself from malicious accusations and posts.

Jus how about admitting a lot of your positive research (basically a lot of subjectivity) centred around a lack of experience in e&p and damned sure estimates of timings were completely wrong? How do you sleep at night bruv? How many less experienced investors may have read your posts, looked at the certainty and authority with which they were written, very often, never posted with imho or dyor, (only started after I pointed this out on numerous occasions) may have been tempted to buy in on these posts?! You had some good basic points but I could write an essay on why some of them were not banged on certainties especially with the timings you were quoting but I simply don't have the inclination or the time to do so! I pointed out at the time that whilst interesting your stated timings were extremely optimistic (asking for justifications) and all I get back was to do my own research and I was posting drivel? Strange how the drivel was correct eh bruv? Your Corrib example may well be correct in good time and I sincerely hope so for certain punters because too many seem overly emotionally (and perhaps financially) attached here? I have my own opinions on bdn analogies but will not bother commenting. As I said earlier I sincerely hope you're correct bruv 're Corrib and ahain (hopefully!) yesterday the pvr news will be positive for other eog assets. I asked rudey regarding director purchases because I thought he may have a source readily available and didn't know about the links on here and dont see that as a justification for investing either lol! Actually I just took the time to review hughs purchases (thanks again to rudey for the link). He has really put his mouth is with regard to share purchases so I fully appreciate he has got skin in the game, which is a very welcome departure from a lot of other aim directors, who seem to issue non demanding zero cost or very low cost options for totally undemanding pfmce.
