CP you were looking pe equivalents recently. Take a look at sqz. If this deal goes through, which looks increasingly, likely then should be on forward pe of less than 2? Apache it's joint and several liability and zubs are financially sound enough to cover the aex share as they are carrying them of course! Either way share price crap and when will this change?! All imho of course.

Generally speaking the operator has the right to ascertain partners have sufficient access to funds to complete budgeted projects but that can be a little extreme. The govt also has similar rights and often would ask for proof. I have no idea of what the jv contract or contract between operator is however, as earlier it is likely they will have to pay rig company a sum to cover variable transportation costs. Balance of actual days or fixed sum payable upon delivery when a relatively short mobilisation. They probably have the right to cash call partners in advance of the following months costs as well, if material, even if the agreement is an invoice type arrangement between partners.

CP it's not 'for sure' re payment of deposit, of course it isn't. It depends on the companies credit ratings and the rig companies own assessments of likelihood to default. The companies I've worked for only had to pay down payment of mob costs to cover the variables in advance, (and then not always) then paid the balance on 'delivery' (normal credit terms) then paid the ops costs on same arrangements ie one month credit at end of month when invoice presented. Often as well, if the invoices haven't been effectively pre approved by company man and are erroneous, depending upon specific negotiations in contract this could start the clock ticking for the whole amount of invoice or at the very least, disputed amount.

I'd have done 5 times the 10 to 40 million with some possible risked NPV or risked EV to be added to that for potential upside. However you've got to get to that 10 to 40 million earnings because from my understanding all g&a had to be reduced from this as well? Any way all imho and best of luck all!

Yes but you talked about revenue model not earnings model? I'd take 5 times earnings then if forced to but there is a lot if investor fatigue here so who knows? Also thus being pi driven share (somewhat unbeknownst to mgt) this adds variability. Who knows when / if this drill starts this year we could see a lot of positive volatility but also who knows how much information zubs will share with investors? All imho and best of luck all!!

As ive tried to explain you really shouldn't apply an 'industry' standard to valuations for little uns like aex. This would be part of a much much more complete review. It 'used' to be as high as 6 times revenue in a politically stable concession type arrangement but I haven't really seen much importance applied to that type of valuation recently and always thought this much too generous anyway. As I say take a look at sia and ophr which are 'likely' to be 're valued upwards anyway and apply the same here? If you're going to get stuck on using such an arbitrary/ thumb in air valuation for aex you're going to be very wrong! All imho of course and really got to get out now. I'm late lol!!

Very difficult to apply any logic to this at mmt. Look at sia and ophr. Ophr mgt looking better now but sia still big questions. Take a look at their valuations of imho better quality assets, mgt, potential upside and politically safer regions and look at their respective valuations versus turnover profitability? We truly have no idea what the revenues will be as well? They could be very good but equally they may be pretty mediocre, we simply do not know. At this point in time and versus a lot of other opportunities out there I still definitely see better, so will not be 'averaging' down yet. All imho of course and off out now?

Well me personally I'd say it matters quite a lot. The share price is currently 1.6p and someone posts on here it should be 20p based on certain reasons and on another platform for other reasons. BUT regardless of that they will be buying more? Now if I was a paranoid cynic like some on here (ahem) I'd be screaming (somewhat incoherently) it's a mad mad ramping conspiracy and expect everyone to see my pov. plus sticking up a list ifcreadons why it will not be 20p. Thanks CP. Do you support 20p per share only for farm down proceeds or all inclusive of Aex assets? Eddy has it for all aex assets on LSE but only for farm down value of aex assets on ADV which had me a little confused?

Eddy I 'believe' you have me on 'filter' (may I suggest that great intellectual debater ape man does the same to me) however if not, may I ask why you posted on adv, 20p per share valuation with regard to only the farm down 'proceeds'? I have awarded you Rampmeister General over on adv for that well balanced post. Am genuinely interested why you write different things on different platforms?

Apache there is a better quality ramp over on adv. This has meant under water eddy IS Rampmeister General on adv. He keeps on referring to this major in a lot of his posts? Is that a reference to Major (rampmeister) drewkster or CP? Or is it Major in Tanzanian army? Is uw eddy implying the army is involved? I am very confused. Anyway regardless of that, I am waiting for first call of 1gbp per share. CP surely you could come up with some reasoning for that in drewkers absence?
