Well there are always (often rapid) changes in govt positions and it is obviously good to protect ourselves from impact of these changes or, you don't really have good govt relations in the first place do you? I just find it strange that previously this was a big 'sell' for aex mgt however it 'seems' this relationship is limited (only) to TPDC imho? Can anyone provide further comment on this statement?

Yes C Perkin, but let's not forget it's 'only' 2c as well and aex trsf 2c to 2p not good (so far, but they do seem to be finding potential gas behind the pipe that they previously weren't aware of b4 lol) but anyway, hopefully zubs better? No problem you were quoting gross figures but you also missed the word equivalent from your first quotes. I assumed it was gas equivalent but just wanted to clarify because obviously it isn't the same 'financially' as oil actual bbls!!

I keep on hearing these revenue figures but ethr nothing's bonding until the licence is renewed. We have to deduct g&a from these revenue figures and is there a local corporate tax deduction on these profit gas figures as well or, is it CT free?

That's good mate you keep on thinking about it. Tell you what you could even contact your good mates the bod to ask for their own bench mark groups and where they sit within these? They certainly should have such statistics readily available as they are normally used in the decisions around whether they have achieved their options and other pfmce criteria.

Drewky let me very clear bruv a change of bod will not create miracles because of the current corporate structure and current relationship aex appears to have with govt. probably based upon this bods significant lower quartile pfmce to date!! A change of bod will get costs down plus hopefully get a better relationship with govt. and bring on stream any other potential assets in a more efficient way and hopefully higher quartile pfmce. I'm not saying a new bod will create miracles but hopefully will reduce the chances of the current one making further messes of the remaining assets. All imho and dyor of course.

To be clear I have never stated the names or blocks be mentioned in an update. That was an incorrect inference from what look like an emotional investor imho and I am the kinder garden deal maker lol! I make no such inference that Tacuma has either, with regard to this event. Any meeting like this is good publicity imho. My misgivings with current mgt structure are not about ability etc. They are about human tenancy to fall in love with assets and not take a firm 'business like' disparate view of what is in front of you and its respective market worth. I hope sincerely that hugh is right but if nothing in this upcoming round unfortunately I will take the view that he hasn't got a march on the mkt and, that the mkt is correct in not farming in. I personally think an update would be welcomed by the investment community at end of October but as earlier posted I'm just an inexperienced kinder garden Muppet lol!! I dont really follow this mm talk. They are very very short term merchants and do not speculate. They don't care if sp potentially higher or lower more than 24 - 48 hours range because they make their money on turnover, simple. I thought the presentation excellent yesterday. Not much point in commenting on subjective interpretation of what he is thinking about etc but saying that... Don't give a pooh about whether or not he looked at his papers occasionally. If anyone interested I inferred from his body language and answers that first gas going to be very late q2 or drifting into early q3 but equally I don't give a pooh about that either!! Also imho share price weakness today just generally market related but keeping me eye out as there may be some bargains to be had with iog over days weeks ahead.
