They have an obligation to maintain standards and may be inclined to litigation should they believe they are being defamed.

What qualifications do you have that allow you to ignore the wealth of publications on Episwitch technology and genomics in favour of a selective conclusion drawn from a single cherry-picked publication? What gift do you bring to this board that suggests investors should listen to your ramblings about validation rather than the opinions of the regulatory authorities that have given their blessing to commercialisation and immediate roll out?

Episwitch technology and the use of 3D genomic diagnostics is a proven and established technology. It has been validated using 10,000 blood samples investigated against 30 selected diseases. It is already Ico.mercial operation to predict efficacy of cancer treatments and the prostate test being reduced to. Ommetcial practice is simply another specific application of the technology.

The PSE test is a major advance in diagnosis of prostate cancer and it has been approved by medical authorities and medical insurers for immediate use in the USA. It is already available privately in the UK and its adoption by the NHS is actively being explored. The NHS approval process for new diagnostic tools normally takes 12-18 months.

The blood samples from sales arising in both the US and UK will further validate this specific application and increase understanding of prostate cancer, potentially leading to other innovations such as preventative treatments.

Sad to say that if you can't say how you know the US website has been inundated it does suggest you might indeed have invented your claim.

Unfortunately the thread has had a tendency to swing between extremes and we should temper the wilder projections on short term revenues with the reality that the test is being offered privately for the time being and iapproval processes mean it will be a year or so before we see it adopted by major health providers like the NHS.

So what might a reasonable short term expectation on revenues be? Well that is largely down to pricing, marketing and public awareness which makes it hard to predict. I see the immediate market as those men that are referred for biopsy in the coming year. That equates to 1 million in the US and 0.1 million in the UK. If I assume we convince 1 in 20 of those that it makes sense to have a pse test before going down the biopsy route that would mean selling 55,000 tests in year 1. I imagine the proportion of biopsy patients hoping to avoid that process may be higher but 1 in 20 feels like a sensible conservative estimate.

Using a number from the lower end of the pricing spectrum, let's say £350 per test, That would boost revenues by almost £20 million a year and goes a long way to moving the company to profitability in the short term.

The growth potential is enormous but even at this early stage of the roll out it should materially change the company's finances for the better.

Vaiter. A few minutes ago you told me you could only find one study. I provided you with a link to several. All point to this being a major advance in prostate diagnosis but as it is a new technology the sample sizes have tended to be small. Importantly the cumulative evidence more than justifies early commercialisation.

The National Screening Committee responsible for approving new diagnostic methods have published their target timeline for obtaining such approvals and it is ~60 weeks.

Now the test is commercially available I suspect many of the 120,000 UK residents facing a biopsy (annual figures) will choose to have a PSE test first. Getting numbers and approvals will not be a problem and will happen way faster than your suggestion of years.

Did you not think to check the OBD website? I would have thought a longterm shareholder with a specific interest in, but very limited understanding of the science, would have done that.

What am I supposed to disagree with their assessment of the limitations of that particular study? I don't.

I'll repeat what I told you previously there are multiple studies with different sample sizes drawn from a variety of populations.

They will use those specific markers because they give the algorithm the best corellation to the biopsy results from the populations that have been tested.
