An announcement of validation of another new blood test would.

An announcement of a partnership with big Pharma would blow it out the water.

Away? Because all of the above are indicators of a massive growth in revenues for OBD.

Been telling folks news on this could drop at anytime. Folks not yet fully grasping yhe vlinical and financial benefits of a breakthrough technology.

My understanding is that the cohort size of the Prostogram study is statistically significant and more than adequate to validate the test. This is because the PSE test utilises 3D genomics and targets specific genetic biomarkers that each generate large numbers of clinically relevant data points. It is the number of data points generated by each individual test that mean you don't need a much larger cohort size.

The data generates what I think of as a biological 'fingerprint' of the disease and that fingerprint is a much more reliable indicator than other diagnostic options. In other words the prostogram program validated thousands of datanpoints drawn from the 147 participants .

To draw an analogy to criminal forensics it's like comparing a witness description of a crook to a fingerprint taken from the crime scene. "The thief was above/below average height" gives a roughly 50% chance of detecting someone belonging to that classification (Think PSA test) whereas a fingerprint is a unique identifier of the individual (Think PSE test).

The 3D genomics concept and its'use in clinical diagnostics is further validated by its application to a range of diseases and prognostic outcomes (e.g. CiRT) that mean that OBD has a massive data bank of 3D biomarkers providing ample proof of concept.

The proof of the pudding is that the underlying science has been published and peer reviewed and scrutinised by regulators that have provided the go-ahead for its immediate (privately subscribed) application as a breakthrough diagnostic tool. Approval for adoption by health authorities like the NHS involves pre-defined regulatory processes that take time but I suspect we will see the PSE test being fast tracked through many of them as the financial benefits to health authorities should be very substantial.

I wonder if folks are aware that patients in the US have a major say in the tests done for diagnostics. If someone being screened for prostate issues tells their doctor they want a PSE test they will get one. Once doctors are aware they will also feel obligated to offer or even recommend the test to ensure all of their patients have access to the best treatments/diagnostics available within the limits of their insurance cover. Sales will grow at pace and much faster than has been the case for CiRT.

It went to 52p (nowhere near 60!) for a very good reason. Its no surprise that there has been a gradual drift since then, most probably because 11p placees and traders are taking profit. Once they have sold they have sold and we establish a higher base for the next step up.

News could drop here at anytime. Lab expansionin US, early clearance of the UK lab, Initial PSE sales, update on CIRT sales, assessment by NHS, approvals of other blood tests. Anyone of those is likely to accelerate an uptrend that has seen the SP increase by 200% in just a few weeks. There could be tears....

Thank you for your comments regarding CIRT. It's very encouraging to have someone directly involved in the application of OBD products confirm the benefits of the technology.

It would be fantastic to get the views of an urologist regarding the PSE test. Would you expect the recent announcements to be stimulating much interest amongst your colleagues in that specialism?

Best not to raise expectations of a specific timeline for an RNS.

I am hopeful of something in the near term but precise timing will depend on how the company choose to release/utilise news. For example they could decide to await confirmation of a steady increase in sales over a 1 or two month window so they can confirm growing sales rate. Alternatively they could release early news based on revenue (first thousand sales or first million in revenue.

It would be fantastic if something dropped on Monday but the possibility is only.moderate. The probability of something in the coming few weeks is significantly higher.

I won't be trading as I don't want to be caught out when the RNS does arrive. It is likely to propel the SP up at pace.

Wouldn't want to be out of this share right now. News on initial sales or lab expansions or pharma partnerships will see this take off again. Any of these could drop imminently.

One thing we can do is help spread public awareness via social media. If I am a guy in the US or UK facing a biopsy based on a PSA but I then hear about this PSE test, I'd want it done yesterday.

The numbers having PSA tests are compelling. Spread the word about PSE via your own social media contacts and we can help the launch more effectively than by annoying health boards with emails from shareholders.

According to the company's investor presentations and videos they view having a network of advocates from within the medical profession as crucial. The suggestion is that word of mouth recommendations from other medics is much more effective than any number of corporate webinars or seminars. They seem to be promoting this strategy of personal recommendation for the PSE test.

Personally I wonder if it is the best or most appropriate approach for this? My understanding is that US patients have a big say in what tests/scans etc. contribute to their diagnosis. If that is true then.public awareness would logically be a major driver of demand. I'm not suggesting the company have been inactive on that front. In fact searches for 'prostate cancer test' on Google produce evidence to the contrary, but is it right to prioritise word of mouth promotion between medics over raising public awareness of the test and its availability?

Our CEO has been there and bought the t-shirt in terms of previous commercialisation campaigns he has a good track record. I expect him to bring success here too. Given the significance of the technology his reputation depends on it.

Forgot to mention. Just a handful of CLN's yet to be converted to equity. Company essentially debt free with regular income streams and self funding.

6 to 7 years production anticipated from the (so far) first and only PM-1 well. Flows to ramp up a bit from current levels. Economic case for investment assumed TTF at 20. Its now nudging 50.

More wells anticipated next year.

How the SP is still down at these levels god only knows. A major re-rate has to be coming.

The BBC seem sensitive to prostate cancer as an issue possibly reflecting the fact that several.high profile presenters diagnosed in recent years. I'd expect them.to be keen to raise awareness of breakthroughs in the field of diagnostics.

Progress towards NHS adoption.

Upgrade of US lab.

Opening of UK lab

Partnership with big pharma lab(s).

Validation of other tests in the product pipeline.

Further development of sales/marketing team/process.

All of those could materially impact the share price and may or may not happen quickly. Its not as if there's no news to come.

I would think so NU and my sense is it's just a matter of timing to maximise the impact. Could come anytime in the coming days or coming months.

I think that's more than a probability, but once they are sold they are sold. With average trading volumes touching 2 million a day it seems reasonable to assume that the selling will be done by year end (provided the SP holds current levels. By then the first indications of PSE sales will be out and the resulting boost to the SP may see an earlier end to.the impact.

A transient and for those seeing the longer term potential here the selling will soon be a thing of the past and long forgotten.
