If you.live in the US, get a positive PSA and are faced with the prospect of a biopsy then I doubt very much that you could care less where OBD is listed. What matters to you is that the cost is reimbursable via medicare and that you have a huge say in terms of which tests you want done.

Growth of CiRT has been exponential recently, albeit from a small base. The company has been getting oncologists on-board to spread the word and is advocating this peer to peer strategy as the most effective route to market in the US. We know BUPA will offer the test to.any of their customers being considered for immunotherapy here in the UK.

Big hitters from OBD are attending the Jeffries Healthcare Investment Conference this week. This is the largest investment oriented healthcare conference in Europe.

I wonder if one.or two Institutional Investors or High Net Worth Individuals might be persuaded to invest in light of the commercial potential of the US insurance codes and UK BUPA deal. Someone taking up a few percent of the share register would be a nice bonus!

No I don't agree.

The share price is drifting lower on low volume trading with most trades being folks taking profit from the recent highs. Its a trend seen across the whole of AIM at the moment. News generates a rise but it normally falls back to establish a new base ahead of the next news. Thankfully OBD has a significant pipeline of news that should see a steady increase through the next year. Broker notes suggesting £2 within a year seem reasonable considering the profit margins and likely demand for OBD products as word spreads.

You are seriously misguided if you think Vulpes selling a small portion of their very substantial shareholding is a matter of serious concern that outweighs the tranche of extremely positive corporate news that has arrived since February.

The fact of the matter is that Vulpes bought 'relentlessly' in 2022 and early this year lifting their holding to more than 14% of the share register. The recent sells simply take them back to a shareholding of about 13.5 % which is roughly what they held at the beginning of 2022. I'm struggling to see how that constitutes anything other than rebalancing their portfolio and taking a little bit of profit taking.

If their shareholding had drop by say 3 or 4 % then you might have justification. To complain about relentless selling. The reality is they still hold slightly.more shares than they did at the beginning of 2022 and it still represents about 13.5% of the company. Perspective and context would serve you well.

A cursory examination of the share register or a quick look at the 50% annualised increase in SP suggests comments about the company's ability to attract investors might not be too well informed.

Significant investors may or may not be awaiting revenue news. I personally won't be basing any decisions on such speculation. What I know is that CiRT sales have been growing exponentially and that further growth will be supported by the BUPA contract. Now that PSE is available it will also be adding to revenues. If sales continue growing as they have it is not unreasonable to expect OBD will be profit making in the near term future.

In my opinion some PI's have been spooked by a fairly modest Director sale without giving much thought as to why it may have happened or its likely insignificance as a statement on the business. Nervy times in the markets and AIM can defy logic at times.

I have bought the dip today. There is simply too much good news in the pipeline for the SP to stay down here for long. Others may be awaiting revenue news but this is an opportunity to level down and I won't miss it. News here could drop at anytime.

Less than 0.5% of his holding suggests a sale driven by risk management regulations of his investment fund that will have limits on the value of any individual holding. Given current market conditions it is possible/probable some of their other holdings have dropped in value forcing a small sale of the OBD holding to prevent it becoming too big a chunk of their overall portfolio. They still own >13% of OBD so selling less than 0.5% of their holding is inconsequential.

The National Screening Committee (NSC) is scheduled to review its recommendations on prostate screening during the current year. A preliminary list of screening strategies to be reviewed did not include PSE as it was not then commercially available. OBD has since stated its intent to discuss PSE with the NSC with a view to having it included in the review. We could therefore see a recommendation to adopt PSE as the basis of a national screening programme by the end of 2024.

The bit about it driving adoption of prostate screening is particularly exciting prospect for shareholders. Just look at the number of projected beneficiaries!

Expect we will see more publicity both via specialist and general media channels now that Arrivo is on board.

We were told to expect new permits in Q4 2023. It may yet happen but time is running out.

We were told we'll testing would be completed just a few weeks after first gas. Testing is apparently still ongoing months later and flowrates are lower in the meantime. We still.have no.idea of decline rates.

We were told to 'watch this space' as if transformational.news was incoming. Months later we are still watching.

There had been a recent resumption of large rounded sells.

It needs a tangible catalyst to revive the share price rather than hints and broken.promises. Come on Mark, break your silence with something meaningful for the share price.

Where have I been reading that the company is meeting internal expectations? Well the CEO said as much in today's RNS but you really shouldn"t need it spelling out, it's blatantly obvious.

You simply don't ramp up your headcount by 6% adding probably 400 to 500K to your salary and overheads bill to help market and sell a product that isn't meeting your expectations of its comercial potential. You just don't do that.

The company is meeting its internal market expectation for the PSE test and that is justifying the ongoing recruitment. That'll do for me at this stage of the growth curve.

As for broader market expectations the brokers have a (current) price target of £2.08 for the shares.

Alternatively the initial demand and interest has justified the early appointment of a senior manager to oversee an orderly and efficient roll out that meets customer expectations.

If you do a little research you will see we are also recruiting a clinical service manager and an additional lab technician for the US lab to ensure efficient processing of the tests. These are significant appointments for a company of around 50 employees. A6% increase in headcount and we have only just launched the test.

It's a heavy hint. Why say that unless you are confident of meeting market expectations? At this stage I'd say the expectation is of a rapid uptake of the test and the signs of that are 'very promising'. Why would you not get this test done if facing a biopsy?

Alternatively the market is awaiting confirmation of lab upgrades, further partnerships with big pharma, insurers, US hospital groups, or updates on CiRT and PSE sales. Perhaps announcements of a couple of new validated tests (colon cancer, breast cancer)?

The trajectory here is very clear and there are numerous catalysts to ignite the share price. Anyone awaiting confirmation of profits is likely to miss the boat. even though profitability is close at hand.

I have an expectation that OBD will transition from loss making to profit by end Q1 2024. Should be doing more than 10 CiRT sales per day and 100 PSE tests a day seems an extremely conservative target. That would translate to £20k profit per day from CiRT and another £20k per day from PSE. £14 million a year more than covers the current burn rate with the vast majority of sales growth still to.come.

Good to see BUPA's Head of International Business Development promote their link with OBD.

Suggests to me that we can soon expect to see additional agreements as the OBD-BUPA partnership expands.
