Souc on TSX traded more than 4 times the 3 month average volume to finish on the equivalent t of 27.3 p last night. High volume days in Toronto have frequently provided a lead for the following day's action in London. Fingers crossed for another step up today?
With this being last full working week of May and PVE saying they expect to open the valves this month it seems probable gas will be flowing this week.
Rampers/derampers seem to love this share. The fact that a huge chunk of the share register is held by a few acquaintances can be a catalyst or a major risk depending on your point of view.
If it goes beyond the end of this week folks can start talking about a potential delay, but PXEN have always said it would be May. Final engineering looks set to complete imminently. Might delay RNS until buyers return from early May bank holidays? Late this week/early next week looks probable.
I'll take thar as confirmation that your claim he 'had to sell' is baseless.
As for the timing of the well, it might be worthwhile for you to revisit some presentations and interviews from earlier this year. According to M. Routh PVE were at one-point optimistic of it being March. This then slipped to April and now it looks like being May. If you base your thoughts on the start date of the sales contract it should have been 1st April.
It would seem reasonable to surmise that he has plenty of shares in other companies and if so it is reasonable to ask why he chose to sell these? It is also hard to imagine what would require a sudden need to raise funds just weeks after an IPO. His new venture doesn't appear to be large enough to be carrying significant overheads and they do not yet have any production operations. I have not seen anything to validate the suggestion that his selling was done of necessity, have you.
O'Hara had the brass neck to complain that sellers stopped this reaching mid 20's when BP RNS landed. A couple of weeks later his TR1 announcement arrived. Untrustworthy and duplicitous. Worth remembering should he have a stake in your future investments.
