There is no long term plan, we all stopped after the EGM was denied by the company last year. Posters here just seem to blame the TG group for anything when there's nothing happening.

Will take a while longer with a fresh investigation ongoing by the London Stock Exchange takeover panel, which Mr Spinks announced yesterday at the AGM. (None of us knew this was happening so came as a bit of a surprise and another set back).

No, they didn't. There was only 3 shareholders there and a fourth was disallowed due to incorrect paperwork and the company refused to admit him as a guest, even though he could prove he was a shareholder.

You can go back and look at the RNS's if you want to see who/companies the loaned shares are being paid back to, it's all there.

Spinks confirmed today that another AGM is due around September time this year and those directors who had been put on the board following the AGM notice would have to stand for election at that point.

Company RNS'd that the FAC enquiry was something they didn't have to respond to.. sounds a bit more serious they they told us!

Also, whilst were talking about RNS's.. on the 16th December, Mr Spinks wrote "In accordance with the conditions associated with the Convertible Loan Note (as announced 25th September), RMD Group has the right to appoint two directors to the Board of Pennpetro but will not appoint its second Board representative until the Company has returned to trading on the London Stock Exchange."

Now we have Another director appointed. Red flags all round. Can't keep their word it seems.

Talking about the BOD putting the cat amongst the pigeons. Whichever side you sit on the fence, and thats not an argument for now.. to have it twice in a single RNS is deeply concerning.

And you miss my point also, knowing the first one failed, why didn't the successive sort it?

The petroquest court case however is connected, as this involves direct shares within PennPetro. I guess this is what's holding it up as they cannot give a accurate members list.. but saying that, never stopped them before.
