"TE took the last of our money to go to Texas and sign the agreement .
He did not sign it and we never heard from him again about it."
If that was indeed true, there is no way GV could bring the current court case against the assets in Texas, so you are the one who needs to get your facts right.
"These directors inherited The poison chalice."
And have now left the company as a shell. Worthless other then a market listing which cannot be used.
"I have a large holding here and want my money safe."
So your desperate to save your holding? Many of us have £50k plus invested here but the current board, even issuing CLN's art 4p, and the next one at 2.2p have obliterated the share price for no valid reason other then self greed. Where has that money gone, not into Texas clearly, as its been given away for NOTHING.
You might get something back, but without a prospectus that costs anywhere between £500k and £1m to complete, you have two options, RMD issue more CLN's and pretty much dilute shareholders into oblivion and your holding is worth nothing, or it goes to the wall. Either way, house always wins!
Shareholders are now irrelevant in this, they buttered you all up to get ultimate control and now are giving our asset, our only one we owned away for diddly squat.
But yes, lets back them!! Seriously, how can you put an ounce of trust into them ever again.
