Turns out, he's a good friends of spinks, with spinks even sharing job adverts for jones's company across social media.

So hardly 'independent' as investors have been told.

Zag, i'm not going to bite to your attempt to slander. TE passed all verifications to become the CEO of CDL, all whilst Lunn was RNS'ing he was running to the authorities to report him etc, but it was Lunn who now has control of the bank account where all the missing money was paid into.

Regarding the other share, I have not mentioned dilution at all as far as i'm aware. However, it will be coming, in great form no doubt.

NU, previously the company has refused to release the minutes of AGM's held in the past, might be worth emailing camarco and asking for them if you wish, or better still attend in person next time.

I agree Zag, Spinks has threatened action on whoever it is several times but has yet to action it. I hope he does.
