After watching the video back of the last shareholder call, albeit semi-disruptive there were legitimate questions being asked by shareholders about the court cases which they all ran a mile from as if they didn't exist and refused to answer.

He did, I personally had a hours meeting, face to face with him about the issue not long after he appeared on the scene. Also, the companies unchanged legal representatives, DMH stallards we're well aware of the issue, as were Westend Corporate, and computershare.

NU, they were direct purchase from the company.

As for the rest of it, it's not my place to answer, as it would just be speculation.

Because those 1m shares have already been added to the members register, as I stated in my previous reply.

The 1 million shares are no longer owed, they are in ownership of the right people involved.

I fought for JW last year and managed to get it resolved and added to the register.

There was two tracations, 6m at 0.022p and another one at 1m at 0.12p (at a later date) which was already added to the members register last year, albeit with a fight by PPP (Lunn) and DMH Stallards away from public viewing.

The company as per today's RNS acknowledges that the shares we're purchased in November 2023, thus also admitting disallowing his voting rights since then.

Dealer, 'legitimate', once they stand for election it will be somewhere near, i'm sure.

Billionaire or not, ethics and governance still need to be abided to.

Dealer, being powerful or clever doesn't come into any of this. I know you probably live your life shouting 'my dads harder then your dad' but in corporate governance, and the world of market listing there's a few rules that need to be abided to, they fell far short, and I, along with many others questioned it.

Those questions are still unanswered today.

There's literally no point, as you are well aware they are as unhelpful, and the worse these BoD's seem to operate the less they are interested sadly. As I said in my initial response to you, i'm done with PPP, it will be what it will be.

No time was wasted trying to get Lunn, Stallards and Computershare to adhere to some form of corporate governance in my opinion. In terms of the previous BoD you refer to, having been scrutinised by incoming checks (FCA, CH etc) when joining new market listed companies and being appointed should tell you all you need to know about that.

I'm sure we will agree to disagree over it however.

It's pretty simple, they state the issue has been around since the previous BOD, yet they have held votes knowing full well Jesse was excluded from voting as again knowingly the members register was incorrect. DMH Stallards were also aware as I have correspondence from them on the very issue from January 2025.

It's not an accusation when its there in full colour HD 8K visibility.

What this does open up however is the admittance of the last members register being knowingly incorrect, thus the validity of the vote is legally questionable.

Not something i'm going to take up as i'm done with it all, but food for thought.

Pacman, I can answer that for you as I put the question to Tom that were collected.

The simple answer, he was on holiday in North America at the time with his family over the Christmas period. Not unreasonable to wait until he returned.

In regards to the spelling and grammar, this is what he actually wrote:

Many thanks for your reference to me, however, I have given up all things PPP and have not lifted a finger, written a letter or had any contact with the board or PPP's lawyers since December last year. I have accepted my investment has probably gone and will salvage what I can when/if it should relist.
