Not really Zag, there's no chip, there's a individual who has an opinion, which doesn't align with your agenda, so therefore must be a troll.
The TG action, simply called for corporate governance to be adhered to, yet here we are with unelected directors, directors being appointed after AGM notices have been distributed, giving assets away without shareholder input (material change to the business, as per the FCA handbook) but none of that is relevant when now they are dangling another carrot with a clause that it may not be possible in the same RNS. Sooner you accept peoples opinions as just that, the better. I accept yours, I don't sit here and say you've got a massive ego, or chip on your shoulder.. until the last few days I thought you was partially respectable.
As i said to Herpes many times, i've not done anything since last year, and that remains true to this day, however, my opinion is different to yours, and that seems to be something you are unwilling to accept or work with.
Dealer, the TG didn't fail, it set out to force Mr Lunn to call a AGM which he had been refusing to do. The judge forced Mr Lunn to hold the AGM on the date he specified 2 days before the court hearing in a RNS. He did hold that AGM, and that was the end of it.
There is no TG malcia group, morning meetings, strategy or anything in the pipework.. it will be, what it will be. Not a single one of us here as shareholders (if indeed some of you are) can change the path this company is taking. Shareholders are just a bump in the road for RMD, an unwanted distraction hence there are many accounts on here forcing the unicorn dust in everyone's faces.
