Those countries that are experiencing difficulties reminds me of nickel producing countries that stopped supplying Indonesia and Philipines.. Posters on the AMC board gloated... but it was not long before those who has suspended production were back... The same will happen in Africa.. If those miners can be made profitable they will be.

I doubt Putin will let EUA wealth leave theRussia.
