Two large companies Carillion & ?? gone bust on HMG contracts??.. The Russians will find the necessary to get EUA producing large amounts of Palladium and hence cash for the Russian government.!

But looking at Palladium as both a rare metal =ing gold but also a valuable catalyst.. so whereas gold can go up n down..maybe, and do not consider this a ramp, but palladium is valuable in all economic climates..
