The % of the Cavendish PF that their RRE holding accounts for is now 9.99%. I would imagine they cant have any one holding accounting for more than 10% of their PF

So Cav's PF weighting is 9.99% RRE now. Anyone wanna bet they can't have any 1 share more than 10% weighing?

With the new EU rules that dont allow you to go negative you can load a spread bet before a binary outcome and make a killing on good news but just loose your stake on bad with the SB company covering the negative account balance and putting you back to zero.

Not surprisingly they dont like this so id not be surprised if the drop today wasn't IG or someone flash crashing to take out their own customers SBs. It means the bet isn't there on good news and on bad news it would have went lower but then they aren't on the hook for the negative account balance. If you follow.
