I think it’s safe to discount any matket commentator if they can’t given get to grasps with the geology/RNSes/Targets/layers

RNS 1 - from a zone at very top of Nanushuk, not a target in anyone’s books, not even expecting oil show. It has maybe commercial oil. Interestingly Horseshoe hit oil/water at 4500 too. Hmmm
RNS 2 - they have drilled the main targets and had everything they would want to find at this point. No mention of water or of low end commercial. Draws further parallel to Hotseshoe data
They’ve also had all the right indications from the huge Torok

So if Ben etc thinks it’s an irrational rise then unfortunately it’s because he doesn’t understand or taken the time to research it properly. It’s click bait as it’s a very popular hashtag
If anything the COS has went from 30% pre drill to probably over double that. The pride and SPbondiscover is much talked about but the fact is the SP was higher than it is currently not long before pre drill so if anything is irrational about the SP it’s that it is so low.

Happy for Ben to argue all the finer points with myself at any time. The fact is he’s just plain wrong

1) You can't trust the buy and sell stats. Thats a basic
2) There will be large trades, probably sells that pop up after close and coming days as the MMs delay them
3) It goes down when people sell. That may be people in sub 2p or bots sensing some trigger to sell
4) The current price action bares no link to what is happening at the well head.

All in all its mentally cheap.
There are various metrics to value RMP if they get the 400mill. Most have that somewhere from 35-45p. You can then adjust for more or less.
Current COS is certainly over 50% having started pre drill at 30%
Post wireline with big net play over many zones with porous limestone that goes up to 85-90%?
The last stage is the flow test. They've been flow testing these sands over and over recently across the North Slope and they always flow nicely so that seems like low risk.

So all important wireline results window opens sunday night. If positive then 20p not out of the question

How do you work that out?

30%+ COS pre-drill
Now they've been through primary pay zone and its got HCs and didnt mention water so that raised the COS to somewhere above 66% in my book
Wireline to get it above 90%
Flow test for 100%

So the COS had doubled from pre drill but the SP is up less than 50%. The prise is still x6-8 from here so the Risk reward is brilliant

Why would you do that if you think Winx-1 is a hit? RMP far more highly geared for it so if anything for a PURE WINX play you'd put your money from 88e to rmp

The question is why will our Nanushuk be any different from the Horseshoe or any of the other Nanushuk discoveries? Id hazard a guess that it will be no different at all and therefore be a lovely big discovery

One of the main risks when moving to wireline is the sands are "tight" and won't flow etc (i think)

Thats of course a risk in sands no one has been in before. However the Nanushuk has been perforated more times than loose Louise from round the corner and gushed more times than easy Emma. So again there is less risk from that point of view

Im not really up to speed with all things 88e but I'm lead to believe thats the most positive thing Dave Wall has ever put in an RNS!

6.2p and we are ever nearer to 128mill barrels net to RMP. At the much talked about $3/barrel sale value Armstrong got thats over 50p SP on full discovery
If it was 30% COS predrill what is it now? 70%+? Certainly everything in place for it to happen now, including continuing to look like Horseshoe
So with a 70% chance of 40-50p, 6.2p seems very very cheap on a risk/reward basis

Also full wireline will take 10 days but there is a "first pass interpretation" which i guess takes 2 days so RNS on that friday or monday at latest. Then they will clearly be going over the Nanushuk area and analysing that first before the very big Torok so it will be RNSed fully before the end of the 10 days.

So when the wireline is very suggestive of the big find, porosity good etc then what price? It'll be 90% derisked of hitting 40-50p so price should really be 30p+ on that

All in all its mentally cheap currently. Fill your boot territory to 10p pre wireline, then fill your boots to 25p
