Every "investment" is a "bet" - how do you know something wont end up like CAKE for instance. Or a black saw event wont ruin a business. Or the Key man CEO wont die or something. All risk and can be classed as a "bet" it wont happen.

Id rate the chance of FDA turning down Motif at 1-2% and thats just because im not an insider and dont know absolutely everything. I do know everything that is in the public domain and that is what makes me so confident.

If we start with FDA approves 80%+ of applications that get that far

Add in it was only asked to do further studies due to the much talked about issues with FDA 10 years ago. the 3 other antibiotics that this happened to are all drugs now.
Add in MTFB did exactly every single piece of trial design the FDA asked for. More numbers, more USA/LA, fixed dose, change control to vanc, change NI level to 10% etc etc. REVIVE 1/2 passed efficacy and safety with flying colours
Add in it was accepted for priority review
Add in it is rolling submission
Add in no Ad Comm so now major issue to discuss

FDA told Motif to change comparison drug to vanc, lower CI to 10%, increase numbers, increase USA/LA numbers, use a fixed does etc etc etc. Motif did it all and REVIVE 1/2 passed with flying colours. Efficacy not in doubt and the safe profit is excellent.
