The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
To be fair to the company, after years of frustration with President, as an oil & gas company, they have taken a step back, reinvented themselves as multiple companies, and diversified their interests and locations.
Respect to them for trying, and fingers crossed that one/some/all of these initiatives goes well and makes some serious money.....
Here's hoping for a transformational 2023.....
Have a feeling that next Monday's update will focus on the Green House projects and explain the structure of the relationship between Atome, Duel Fuel & Molecular Energy.
Be really good to have a Paraguay update though (as long as it is good of course) let's have a Spud date to get excited about.....
Update 9th January.... and we're getting a heads-up which means it's potentially ground breaking, super amazing good news which will make us all rich! Let's book a table at Boisdales with whisky & cigars to celebrate; or perhaps I'm reading too much into this and it'll just be an afternoon in 'spoons.....
Que sera.....
Merry Christmas & good luck all
Nature of Business - Other research and experimental development- brilliant! Finally after years of all those money draining initiatives, PPC/MEN have come up with a sure thing that will bring in revenue and make us rich. No-one ever lost money on "experimental development".......
News from the tail-end of last week; Trafigura’s shareholders and top traders to split $1.7bn in payouts. Commodities group reaps record net profit on the back of energy crisis despite distancing its business from Russia. If they have all that spare cash lying around maybe as a key Shareholder and Board Member of Molecular Energy, they could spend a little and help Molecular get operations running in Paraguay, and give a bit of seed capital for the Greenhouse projects. Just wishful thinking....

Chinese pumps deja vu?
Ugh! After a few blue days, comes bad news. D'oh! Still hopefully not too long a delay. Spudding in Q1 now which TBH, based on the news flow to date always had seemed a more realistic timeline than this Quarter
The price rising on such little volume gives me (some) hope that this share could rise significantly on decent news, and could move very significantly north on very decent news.
Here's hoping anyway.....
That's very good that something is happening in Paraguay. I would prefer to read an official RNS with a detailed update, but I guess posting a pic on twitter is what the kids are doing these days.
That being said, I did like the comment from Pietros1; "What does the rest of the programme look like?
Have we got target dates to hit or will this just drift into another year as it has previously?
I see this as ‘make or break’ for this terrible investment-I really hope it’s ‘make’ and sooner rather than later."
Good to see. Back up to .0075p in old money. Maybe a big strike in Paraguay can take us back to sixpence.....
Good news. Encouraging amount of profit. Q3 looking good, Q4 should be even stronger with more wells fully operational. I think EBITDA - Market Cap ration is ridiculously small now so this share is very undervalued. Will need a number of good news RNSs to turn market sentiment, but this is a decent start. Should be onwards and upwards from here......
Ramping up in Argentina, US production going back up, both definitely good things. Hopefully the market will react positively once the increased flows hit the Balance Sheet.... and goodness knows President/Molecular have done enough work to increase the BS
Great RNS. Good news in Rio Negro and more importantly in Louisiana. With the US ramping up the impact on the bottom line should be significant.
That's because we can't even afford to buy a vowel these days!
On Twitter it looks like progress is being made which is good, but would like an official RNS with an update and a confirmation of a spud date. Still it looks like they are further along than I had assumed so that's good news.

A new website
"this does not slip.... we go again....."
Haha! Very good Northern ;-) All we now now is for all of that to happen. Wouldn't it be nice if it did all come off though, would make it a much higher share price.....
Consolidation was 200/1.
Atome shares were given out as a dividend last Christmas (1 Atom share per 167 PPC shares held) . Atom is a separately traded company, but PPC is their major shareholder with (I think) just under 30% of the shares in issue
AParky- whatever the maths it seems the one constant is the direction of travel. Well done for getting out when you did.
A 19,900% rise today which means it's actually 10% down. Ugh..... bloomin' consolidation- at least at 1p a share it couldn't fall much further, from £1.75 a share there could be a long way down yet!!! It would have to reach £100 a share to be equivalent to the old 50p a share. I wish I never invested here.
Still, new name, new start, maybe all the bad news is out of the way and this can climb from here.....
