Fundamentally, 2 things have changed in the past 12 months. Dispute and covid behaviour. Both are priced in. From here things look extremely more Rosey despite your ultra negative view PI100.

I stick around because I see the upside far outweighs the downside. More here than anywhere else I believe. If there was a safer bet out there that could generate the returns ncyt could then I seriously consider reposition myself. Either way I wouldn't hang round this BB like a bad smell.

Those 2 trades look very much like the 2 late trades on AIM at £44k each. Could they be an end of day transfer between EuroNext and AIM. Don't really know how the dual listing works but guessing they have to balance the books between the 2 markets at some point. Correct me if I'm wrong.

It's being held down in France by this persistent 5k seller. Every time I look on the Euro Next order book there are 3-4 5k sell orders. Is it the bio brokers trading the share. I'm not sure but if it is then what are they waiting for. Strange we haven't heard anything since the 5.54% holding update. The buying pressure on AIM today is really positive.

Not to mention also that back in Nov20 vaccines were months away or so we thought. The covid market was rising substantially. We had a £400m contract which could stretch into the billions. All this positive sentiment for ncyt boosted the SP to £12+.

Now on the other hand. Covid expectations are £60m for FY22 and dwindling. In a few weeks we will learn the long term strategy of ncyt. The route to midcap that is not totally dependent on Covid. In 6 months we should start seeing the fruits of this strategy with new non covid products coming to market. We also have no debt and £100m+ cash to make it happen.

Imo. The covid phase has been and gone for ncyt. It's provided us with the finances, customer base and distribution channels to transition quickly into a non covid arena. The transition starts in NOW so imo now is the exact time to buy. The directors are also telling you this.

In November 20. We had 90% of our business in 1 customer. Not great from a risk perspective. Is that risk there today. Actually the opposite. The worse case scenario is already on the balance sheet in terms of the dispute.

What scenario can you see unfolding that will lead to a similar 75-80% reduction in SP from the most recent director buys.

You have to stop living in the past with this share. What happened has happened. We have a new base now with a new set of fundamentals. Imo the situation surrounding the director buys in Nov20 are not similar to the situation surrounding the recent director buys.

PI100, so you don't think DA bought in because he saw the value at 231. You instead think that he discussed with his wife about spending £100k of their money to shut a few naysayers up in the LSE BB and Twitter. I bet he's gutted now as it doesn't seemed to have worked.

DA says non covid products out by Q4, you respond, they'll definitely be delayed so make that 2023.
DA buys in making everyone believe there is value here. You respond, he bought in just to shut the naysayers up, there is no value here.

PI100, you are more than welcome to ignore director buys. The rest of us however..........

Byp, most on here use the 50% reduction as a base. I am using £60m annual revenue for FY22. Positve Investor 100 has taken the 50% and decided to tell us all that no, he knows better than the bod, it's going to be more like 60-65 %. Oh and the Q4 deadline for non covid products. No, Positive knows better, it's more likely to be Q1 2023.
