I'm thinking:

Mining license declined
IOCA spin off and sold for £20m or something rediculous.
Really bad JV deals
Significant delays in starting production resulting in several rounds of placings diluting our holdings to something very small.

Each one of those whilst possible are extremely unlikely so I'd love to hear why UFO won't get to 2.7p.

Tovoc, I think proactive made the mistake. Check the RNS dated April 11. It states $0.03m

AAQUA gone from 15.4% to 16%.

Tovoc, Q1 21 adj EBITDA was $0.03m not $0.3m. % increases on such small numbers can be misleading.

I notice at the top of the pyramid it now states Exit/produce. I believe previously it just stated Exit, which concerned me as I'm here for the DSO.

Once revenue is rolling in from the iron then the risk related to ufo drops to almost zero.

My understanding is that the $66m includes the order book. We have not realised the full $66m yet as it is spread out over the 12 months. Each month that passes we will realise more revenue whilst also adding to the order book for the rest of the year. Apparently, the Xmas order book will start filling up this quarter so expect that $66m to increase a bit over the next 3 months.

I guess we don't know how complex the matter is so a RNS could land anytime between 24th May and 24th July.

After 13 months I would like to think the legal team ncyt are employing would be ready sooner rather than later.

Apparently they have 14 days to respond to the initial claim stating whether they intend to defend/counter it or not. That was 9th May. They have to counter imo:

Monies owed todate £73m
Stock write off £30m

Completely agree HarChris. Far too many people on these boards mistake a positive statement, opinion or fact as a 'ramp'.

Ramps tend to be 'one liners' or a short paragraph at best never supported by logic or fact and certainly almost stretch beyond the realms of reality. The point of a ramp is to attract attention to a share in the hope that it will result in a influx of buys thereby pushing the SP up artificially allowing the ramper to lock in their profits. Shortly after the SP settles back to normal or in some instances drops even lower due to negative pump and dump sentiment. Rampers are just as bad as trolls. I don't believe we have many rampers here.

Recognising them is step 1. Ignoring them is step 2.

Chris2 may have shares. As a hedge. If sp goes up he wins, if sp goes down he gets to gloat at how he said so. Can't lose. Well, that's how some people would see it. Either way, anyone who constantly bashes a share is a troll imo.

At the end of the day, we can all claim to be whoever we want to be in the wonderful world of social media. Better off just ignoring the trolls and keep an open mind to the more balanced contributors.

Take a look at Fenix. Han**** could be a multi bagger on its own. Fenix have a tried and tested method which we just copy.

Getting finance won't be a problem imo. At what price who knows. Therefore, the risk is virtually zero of UFO going out of business.

For those of you that believe there is absolutely no mm manipulation, I have an observation to share.

Keep an eye on the EuroNext order book. You'll see throughout the day there are multiple 5000 share purchase orders on the book. I previously thought these were sells but they are purchase orders.

I assume this is one investor whether PI or II I am not sure obviously. I have been watching for weeks now and what they seem to do is put an order on the book to buy at around 3p less than the current SP. They place between 3-5 orders at a time all at 5000. During moments of low volume this makes the order book weighted towards the buy side but as most of the volume have a buy price for less than the current SP the market makers could be tricked into thinking that the most business is at a lower SP therefore, they drop the price in order to 'make a market'.

What the investor then seems to do is edit the buy price on their orders. As the SP comes down closer to order buy price he edits it even lower.

What's interesting is that despite these 5000 orders being on the buy side of the order book they are almost never executed. I check often what trades are being executed and I see very little 5000 trades going through.

Am I being overly sceptical or could this strategy work to pull the SP down, particularly in low volume days.

Why would someone want to hold the SP back?

It's been playing on my mind so thought I would share in case someone with more knowledge of the markets than me could reassure me that nothing untoward is going on.
