0.5's would be a great buy price. Fundamentals support a SP in the 1p's at least. That 1p will be delivered any time on some great DSO news so I'll be hoping to load up at 0.5. Clock is ticking tho.

Organic growth won't get us to £7.77 on its own. For me, there are only 2 ways we will reach £7.77.

1. Dispute resolution either favourable or split even
2. Re-invest the cash in a great deal M&A

For the last 14 months we have heard nothing constructive on either front and the bod are ok with that. Shareholders aren't.

Katstrangler, shorters have to buy to close their positions. The sells could be shorts opening which considering we are in a bear market and coming from a long term uptrend isn't too hard to believe shorts would see short term value here.

We all know what shorts have to do eventually. Fundamentally sound business here imo.

I personally see considerable change. A new captain is a considerable change and one that would have ignited hope and interest in the future direction if the company. It certainly did for me. That would have been sufficient to get some shareholders voting yes.

The dispute was only a few months old last AGM, I'm sure not many of us would have expected to get to 14 months and still have no idea what is going in. Almost 2 months on from the last update and we still don't know for sure if the bod are countering the claim.

Last August we were still in the thick of Delta and having fairly regular R&D updates. It's now been 9 months since that last R&D update.

The SP was more than double where it is today.

Hope and optimism here has diminished rapidly over the last few months and it's in large down to the bod and how they manage their Comms. Now they come pleading for votes and wonder why they can't get them. What's worse is they should have learned from the last one, especially having a new captain at the wheel but still, same silence, same mistakes. If you thought share holders were ****ed last August then I expect their absolutely rebellious now. Have ncyt done anything to steady the ship. I'm not seeing it.

Byp, things have changed considerably since the last AGM. We had a new CEO starting last time for one. It was a logical decision to give the guy a chance rather than shackle his hands and feet before he's even started. This time is now different, worse. We can all see it but they can't, or they don't appreciate the repercussions of their silence and secrecy. Very frustrating here atm

Coming with a begging bowl to the very people you only gave bread crumbs to and then expecting a full belly is somewhat delusional. Even more so given this is now the 2nd time in as many years.

The bod could change this anytime but choose not to. Do they not see the error of their ways? Why the lack of support to the very people you require support from. One sided relationships never last. This is just basic human psychology.

I would expect a counter claim to be submitted and am expecting it to be around £100m at least. Time will tell eventually

Thanks for mapping it out Smiller. If Fenix submitted April and first shipment was Feb then working back, if our first shipment is May/Jun23 then we should be looking at submitting mining plan Jul/Aug22. Only a few weeks away. HODL chaps

It depends what the premium is for high grade ore. If it's only $5 per tonne then by buying 1m tonne of UFO high grade just to upgrade 1m of your lower grade ore you will be saving $5m over the year. Is it worth it for the big boys? $20 per tonne, maybe. They'll be processing cost savings too that will need factoring in.

I don't know that the price diff is between the different grades but it's irrelevant for us as we'll sell everything we dig up due to the high quality. Who we sell it to and why is irrelevant imo.

Captain, it's certainly not the game changer we all hoped it would be last year but it will contribute some to the top line. How much, nobody knows.

We're moving on from covid as a business but it's certainly not bad news having this test out there.

A great day for the SP today. Fundamentally, today's RNS was outstanding and looking forward to this story unraveling over the next 18 months. Well done Aliens.

The amount of times me and my family have taken a nasal lft and it's come back negative we've always said "I don't know if I did it correctly". Is it deep enough? Did I twist it enough? Should I have blown my nose first? Is it one nostril or 2? Did the sneezing fit I just have effect the result?. All these questions can be put to bed with a simple spit and go option. Very handy to have a box in the house. At such low selling prices even at double the price they would still be cheap and a very small premium to pay for a much less invasive test.

Also, if it is likely that significant cash will be flowing into the business in the next 12-18 months then debt should be the primary option to fund the short term cash requirements. Equity should be used for other scenarios but not the one we find ourselves in. We don't have to give up 1 share. Between off take agreements and debt instruments we will be covered. Looking very comfortable here.

The SP can do what it wants in the near term but come the end of 2023 it will have no choice but to respond to the fundamentals. GLA

Yep, even 20% interest would be more attractive than equity imo. We could pay it back in 12 months.

Yep Smiller, and given all the work the bod have put in so far I can't see them letting it go easily.

It's easy money once the paperwork is done. Just need to get through the next 12 months. If we can get an offtake agreed by September with no covenants then we may not need anymore placings full stop.
