Yes that's what I assumed. I'm guessing it will be translating assets held in £ to $.

The £ has got weaker Vs the $ since Dec ($1.36 to $1.20). That's a 12% decline.

For this to equate to $1.5m it must mean we have at least £10m of assets held in £.

Well we only have $17m (£14m) in total assets of which $12m (£10m) is net current assets i.e cash, debtors, creditors.

Im pretty sure that as most of our business is done over the pond then surely our net assets including cash would be predominantly in $ so zero foreign exchange differences.

9. Share based payments
During the period, 442,831 share options were issued to qualifying current employees with an exercise price of £15.55.

I was aware of 120k being issued in March I think it was but does anyone else know about the other 320k, will these be issued to non directors and therefore don't have to be disclosed as and when they happen?

For the benefit of byp, now this is a ramp. Albeit on the wrong share but a ramp nevertheless. Take note byp. Don't confuse this kind of message with that of a positive enthusiastic investor who provides clear reasoning for their positivity. Now the lesson has been fully taught I will leave it there. Hopefully the lesson has been fully learnt. Tongue in cheek emoji :-)

Just reposting my expectations from earlier in the month:

What are holders expecting from the H1 update. I recall downloads being down in May but that was due to one particular show being off air for a week. June will hopefully be another step up of 130m+ downloads. I think if we can beat the $20m revenue from Q1 in q2 then we'll be ok. Looking for $75m+ contracted revenue for 2022.

Cash. Looking for $20m x 23% = $4.6m less $3m admin expenses= $1.6m net cash inflow. Opened with $3.3m so end with call it $5m.

Any thoughts?

Surely if it was just a training issue then ncyt just offer to provide extra training and get the staff to sign it off on completion. That would be minimal cost and standard practice. I think it is more than just training.

Also, is Excig an open platform assay or unique to our own machines?

If it is open then this eliminates any issues with the machines as they could have kept the tests and used on other machines. Mmmm

Ncyt aren't claiming for any damages, just what they're owed from stock provided. I was disappointed to learn that we had not included the stock write off of £30m given that the DHSC requested we implement the build up of stock. Maybe that was GM's fault for not getting a formal commitment from them that could be legally enforced.

Depp instigated the case against AH correct. He said she was a liar and the onus was on Depp to prove he wasn't a domestic abuser and thereby AH was indeed a liar.

In our case, DHSC have taken us to court and so they have to prove we have done something wrong. We will then just simply defend that accusation. Do they have sufficient evidence for something. I'm not sure.
