20 days definitely not mentioned - just 1 to 3 months from a meeting in October, so whenever that meeting was - say 31st Oct - say 3 months - end of Jan or anytime in between. As previously mentioned Autumn Parliamentary Session closed last year mid Jan, end of Jan the previous year, so I would presume, I could be wrong, but needs to go through the cabinet to get it passed so by end of Jan.

As previously mentioned last year parliament closed their Autumn session mid Jan last year. Pressure is being put on the Mining minister to get the land permit through. The government need to put out some good news in a charm offensive to offset the current accusations of coal theft. I expect LP to be granted before the end of the Autumn Parliamentary Session and then it's onwards and upwards for PM.

The LP is the catalyst for PM - with all that's already in place or close to being in place then the LP should be a snowball effect. Matad have never been in this position. Who knows what the SP will be when the LP is granted.

No this is typical Matad price action when good RNS comes out followed by an upbeat interview. There'll be dips on the way but I would expect many blue days coming. If that land permit RNS hits then who knows what will happen to the SP

Hamm, I have been as p*ssed off as you with the lack of communication from MB. At last we got it yesterday. Other than the LP the rest was pretty damn positive tbh.
Where you comment Buck should stop paying for sports days etc etc and just get the LP. The sports days etc etc have been done around block V and what has that resulted in ? We are all systems go on Block V, the locals are happy with what PM has done for them. Ref Block XX the locals aren't playing ball - the eco activist is from Dornod who has been spreading the crap - Buck has said they will invest in the local area when they receive the LP - they have sorted land fill area with DQE as a gesture of goodwill. That's all they have done.. They won't do anything else and use their own money until the LP arrives. It isn't going to come from the locals so hence the Central Government has got to overrule the locals. The minister said 1 to 3 months - in October. We are already halfway through - it could happen tomorrow - who knows . Your decision to wait for LP, but once you see that RNS with it on, you ain't going to get in around 2p I'm afraid. Nobody knows what is happening here with the Block XX land permit. Thing to look at is that locals are obviously against PM, whereas look at Block V where locals are on board and PM doing things for the local people. Dornod province locals have only ever had Petro China and look at the state of the environment there, it's appalling, they haven't supported the locals, also not paid the correct taxes. They have treated the locals poorly. You have had the Eco Activist actively slating PC and telling lies about PM and locals are believing her. If I was a Dornod local I would look at their experience with PC and say I don't want another oil company in here. As said in the RNS it's up to the Central Government to overrule the Provincial and PM to be seen massively to support the locals.

Imarich, hear what your saying but he did an interview previously without a prior RNS - and what come of that with regards promises timelines in the interview - a big fat zilch - so he'd be bloody stupid if he did it again. I have emailed PM's broker and communication consultants and told them he will be wasting his time if he doesn't put out a RNS prior to the webinar as imo investor confidence is at an all time low with him and nobody will believe a word he says.

Master no not saying your making stuff up was as I said just curious. I read regularly the FB posts and a lot on Twitter. There is a lot going on in Mongolia at top level ref corruption, coal theft, Petro China not paying taxes. In my own personal opinion I believe Matad has been embroiled in this in some way. I believe they have been at a stalemate with regards the LP with certain people in government who are corrupt who want paying off. Matad and MB I believe should of gone to the very top of the government to get this sorted and they haven't hoping it would go away, but it hasn't. My belief is that this impasse has now been bought to the attention of the main people in government hence the UK Ambassador getting involved. Philip Malone has confirmed in an email to me that he has been in touch with Matad with the issues and also people in government and the only way this can be sorted now is Matad engaging with the main powers in government. Let's hope this has happened now. I am hoping for all our sakes a positive RNS comes out before Tuesdays webinar as if not Mike Buck may as well not bother as no-one will believe a word he says. ATB - fingers crossed for some good news - we bloody deserve it
