Ulaanbaatar /MONCAME/. At today's session of the Parliament session, the draft of the revision of the General Land Law submitted by the government and the bills submitted together with it are being discussed.
One. Regarding the revision project of the General Land Law, providing integrated management and organization of the sector's activities, creating a system for planning, registering, using, protecting, rehabilitating and monitoring land, increasing and strengthening the conditions for economic circulation, state-owned land Aiming to fully meet the requirements for optimal, correct and fast resolution of tasks such as improving the use and protection, ensuring inter-sectoral coordination through integrated land planning and registration, aligning land rights with the regulation of fundamental rights of the civil law, organizing public services transparently and quickly through electronic systems developed.
2. Regarding the revised draft of the law on land ownership to citizens of Mongolia, the principles to be followed by the state in land ownership, the issuance, registration, and control of land ownership rights, the use of citizen-owned land by others, the transfer of such rights to citizens and legal entities with other land rights, the land-owning citizen Regulations such as the right to limit rights and the confirmation of civil land ownership rights have been revised in line with the concept of the General Land Law.
3. In the revised draft of the Law on Cadastre, the multi-purpose cadastral registration, comprehensive services and activities for its management are legislated, the land surface, land, its subfields and objects are registered in the national register regardless of the type of rights, cadastral mapping work, cadastral database legal regulations for creating a unified land assessment, payment, and tax system.
