Hold on Ojay, am pretty sure this will come good pretty soon. As said the British Ambassador is working with the MG the Mining Minister and PM & Buck at this minute. The PM has now changed the permit law to be able to overrule locals and another obstacle corrupt MP's who have been holding up this LP will now be prosecuted. The 60th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations between the UK and Mongolia will also help as will the meeting of Raab and the Mongolian Deputy PM. Malone has also said the closing of parliament will not hold up the LP. Cabinet are still meeting as shown on Mongolian news channels. Frustrating as it is Ojay we are nearly there.

Ref parliament the Autumn session closed last Friday 20th, but the wheels are still turning, cabinet still sits and has meetings as confirmed in Twitter posts on numerous Mongolian news websites. So we don't have to wait until next session to get the LP, this was also confirmed in an email I received off Philip Malone the British Ambassador who is actively dealing with the MG and PM and Mike Buck, so LP could be granted anytime.

As previously mentioned for someone who is not invested in PM you seem to spend a lot of time posting negative stuff on here. Also Brel it has been mentioned there's a possible multi well agreement so if say 6 wells x 800 barrels a day 4800 X say $80 a barrel = $384k a day. That soon mounts up - less MG taxes obviously. Also I read a piece regards fracking which Mike Buck mentioned they would potentially do. Fracking can increase the normal flow rate by 1 to 30 times as much. So work that one out if it was 5 times as much - nearly $2 million a day revenue. This is obviously potential not factual, but reads good

Brel, after listening to Mike Buck, I believe the deal with DQE is to use the revenue from the oil we take out the ground

As I stated in my previous replies to you, throughout my time here I have been raising my concerns directly with the Mongolian authorities, including with Ministers, regarding the challenges Petro Matad have been facing and the need to have their issues resolved. I have also highlighted the impact on Petro Matad’s investors, their confidence and perceptions of Mongolia as an investment destination. I am continuing to do this, together with Petro Matad.
Based on my discussions, I do believe the Mongolian authorities want to resolve these issues. I agree with you that the 60th anniversary provides leverage to further incentivise this which I hope will be the case, though the parliamentary break won’t impact on what I am doing to seek a resolution of these issues.

At this minute in time whether AGM or not Buck needs to be in Mongolia until we get the LP - he should be constantly putting pressure on the Mining Minister and also Philip Malone the British Ambassador to get the LP over the line.
