As said before BP i dislike dishonest people which you are. You are not invested as you stated yourself - so WHAT does it matter what anybody else posts on here, it doesn't and shouldn't affect you, but it is always the people who post positive stuff and yes the rampers. Always negative, you sad sad bitter person. Someone who has had their fingers burnt here probably by a ramper and blames all rampers for foolish decisions made by themself. Just a thought I'm wondering whether the government don't want to be the one to overrule the local government and people in granting the land permit as it sets a precedent. With the meeting this weekend, sorting out the PC issue, are the Central government being friendly, cajoling and persuading the local government and people and saying come on we are sorting PC issue so you can now grant the land permit and work with PM - might be wrong but wouldn't be surprised

Just cannot see it tbh. 2 years loss of revenue for MG, doesn't make sense. If you read back on the various posts on here and what has been said by Buck and what has been posted on MG news outlets, the local government passes the land permit. Locals due to the way they have been treated by PC are against agreeing to the Land Permit. They have not benefited from PC at all and the environment has suffered. The difference between Block XX and Block V. In Block V PM on previous drills have worked closely with the locals, both with services they have provided and have been environmentally friendly hence why all permits have been granted.
PM have recently done some work in the local Dornod area at their own cost - in Block XX, hopefully this can change the mind of the locals, whilst work is also going on in the background with the British Ambassador, Mining Minister and Deputy Justice Minister, so to summarise i do not think in anyway that PM are being held in Heron due to the Oil Refinery. I just think it's another deramping ploy by certain people.

Totally agree with that Zellman, us LTH's have been shafted again. As said i still think it will come good. Imo Buck will be a very brave CEO if he doesn't produce a positive RNS before the AGM and basically a very good damn reason for the placing after saying we didn't need money in December.

Doc - imo - I would hold until the AGM. With Buck putting through the placing I cannot see him not putting out a positive spin RNS before the AGM. He'll get slaughtered at the AGM otherwise.

I tend to agree with you there Wiseowl, i do believe Petro China/DQE will put in a low ball offer for the Block XX licence. I think PM will go it alone on Block V and the new licences and also the Renewables. If PM strike oil in Block XX unless there is a mad offer i don't think they/Petrovis will let it go

Might be wrong, might be the eternal optimist, but seems something has changed since December 6th Interview. With regards the new licences and new JV and Velociraptor, what if extra costs have now occurred that need covering before Heron is on line and the extra cash will push PM to the next level. Buck knows he needs more cash and he has an AGM pretty soon. What if he thinks lets get the bad news placing for extra cash out the way (all work and bases are then covered) , sort that and then boom the big LP RNS comes out pre AGM and everybody thinks Buck is the best thing Just a thought - could be totally wrong but here's hoping !!!

Why don't you let everyone on here know WHY you continue to post on here but are NOT invested. What is YOUR REASON for posting on here. I'll tell you mine because i have no issues posting the reasons why i am on here.
I have been invested since 2014, massive ups and downs. Have been p*ssed off with PM and Mike Buck. Frustrated to hell with constant delays, some of which have been out of PM's hands though. Was hugely ****ed off with the 3.5p placing, am not happy with the 2.5p placing, but Buck and Petrovis taking part is good to see. The rest of the RNS i am okay with as obviously something has changed since the December 6th interview. This is my opinion and obviously i could be wrong but i personally believe he has landed the new licences and he needs the cash for them and won't get the revenue on Heron in time to pay for them and he also needs cash for the JV on renewables. I personally think the placing subscription will be oversold.
With regards the LP Buck will be in country for the AGM so hopefully he will be meeting up with the Mining Minister, Justice Minister and Philip Malone and be able to come back with some good news. Will he be granted the LP there and then, i hope so but i am the same as everyone i don't have a clue.
BP, i am invested and will continue to be invested, as said even though i am not happy with the placing, i do see it as a way forward. I am not selling any shares and i will take part in the subscription.
As regards SP and what it will be, i also haven't got a clue, but hopefully as high as possible so all genuine holders make as much money as possible. As mentioned in my post earlier why don't you jump on board and stop the crap you keep posting.
