MrAdventurous- I think this Government is not authoritarian but sees the worth of introducing LFTs to control the pandemic post lockdown. The letter to the BBC complains about emphasis on poor results and maybe that is because the BBC think taking tests is an authoritarian step as opposed to a rational approach to living with the pandemic. AVCT are relying on the rational response of the government. I am sure you would like the national broadcaster to be factual and if it reports in a way not conducive to a sensible roll out of LFTs they do not help the government or my investment but if in error encourage a backlash of authoritarian action(the government does not take this bait) from individuals with a contrary view.

We are aware with the ABDX that the government are not paying upfront so when ce mark is done all the stockpiling can be paid for so patrners in the consortium are all rooting for us.

My theory is the sovereign test cannot launch before AffiDX is ce marked.

The Diagnostics Division has established a Quality Management System and the first external audit by the Group’s Notified Body[2](BSI Group) was passed in December successfully. The second and final audit is scheduled for March 2021. A positive outcome of the second audit will lead to ISO13485 accreditation. Yes, production out in the open soon. I worry a bit when bets are closing only because do not want to be locked out if I sell out but worried if I hold I will need loads more margin. Surely means something imminent and can see loads of clues that an AVCT assault in the global arena is imminent but governments (all) response is very much subject to vote retention. Currently hoping the prudent approach is testing at events/borders and surge testing where outbreaks occur. Mindful we are all guinea pigs atm. A big market for the best test.

If AS has known about saliva evaluation/validation at PD, assuming the saliva test is validated at PD, then he should have been pressing for the S&S to be published by them. I see no reason why this AVCT info should not be our knowledge unless the government sovereign test is being developed by PD with a licence to use affimers. This however would not then be our test.

I think the Government will call it our test however as they are not in the business of test development and will not want to be sued for faulty goods and therefore they have been acting illegally by not allowing an RNS on the S&S of the saliva evaluation on the basis it will be called our test.

I honestly can't say if what I have written is quite as it should be phrased but I do know that shareholders may have been put through the mill for a year and will maybe prove an indispensable appointee in the end and deserving of a very decent amount of compensation.
