I don't like it as it is another layer of possible abuse in promoting substandard tests for gain; there will be more profit made by these intermediaries (£26 a test) than by AVCT or contracted manufacturer. The government should be moving forward with tech to empower the customer and progress society.

My dilemma would be keeping my hands off the pile of cash while waiting though. I hate this mismanagement and state pilfering of savings governments do nowadays and pivoting to renewables is something else that falls on the people. I hope increased accountability will improve governance post brexit, issues do seem to get a more transparent airing and voters will understand decisions taken more than before.
