That is a worry of mine but on the other side of events they may be firing up manufacturing partners which they are not announcing until Condor or EUA validation. I am sure Abingdon Health and BBI Solutions would let AS know if anything is causing slippage of timeline. Cytiva will make as much as AVCT per test on the discounted bulk buys so very much aligned with us.
Another possibility is Cytiva leave the manufacturing announcements to AVCT if the agreements are that the test will have just one name globally. It is difficult for Cytiva to make announcements if the LFD is Avcta's AffiDX Lateral Flow Device for the early detection of Covid19

The PR is hampered by tweekings of the test and moving goalposts as the pandemic causes public reaction against confinement and businesses against social distancing and the testing gets better feedback. The LFT has to find an acceptable place in a very fluid situation which could result in big orders or diminished demand. AS would just add to the mayhem with company PR but he will rns as required and hopefully a good test will get big demand and AVCT can quickly react to future viruses or second wave if it occurs.
LSTM are collaborators and would not rush to get approvals if the plan is to wait for Condor validation- the big one - which will soak up all production for essential services.

The Government is having to spill the beans bit by bit on mass testing/LFT plans or be seen to be doing nothing. There is a bit of quid pro quo there in the language used assuming it is pretty nailed on AS knows orders are coming and is having to position AVCT for them. Legal challenges have to be avoided which might happen were orders and preferences in the open and affecting covid test market.

I agree it says a lot that manufacturing is sought but why say identifying the most infectious people when the developed vernacular is identify at most infectous stage of the disease in pre and early symptomatic victims who have not yet developed antibodies. This is a statement tying in with what we know and expect.

It is the AVCT board so investors naturally defend their company. You have your work cut out promoting the rest of the investable covid space. We have a test that is causing some excitement here and we wish to enjoy the experience, thankyou.

This share is not subject to A trades yet which tend to dominate a trend unless news comes. With O trades= off book= which are not ordinary, the MMs have to work harder to not be caught out on the wrong side of market movements and I think this can lead to them not following the rules as they should ( I am guessimg). The FCA really should have a way to monitor the skewing of the market that results in orders not being taken. If you are a nominee there is the added complication of a platform under pressure of demand for AVCT buys. Personally I rise above mentally and take the market as it comes with confidence being in the research and price achieved even if a few pence lost.

I don't think everyone testing negative with an LFD should have an antibody test. A body of evidence will build up on post covid symptoms which is happening already. It will be easy to lay blame at covid's door with this huge body of evidence. There is no point in an antibody test unless you are signed up to research.
When the LFD is available mass testing should whittle down cases and protect the country border.
The important thing is to get back to normality asap before skills are lost and productivity drop reduces what can be achieved for the people of the world.

MR.Spacetomato: I disagree. If mass testing is the goal it is not difficult for people to understand that they need to take a test before they abandon their mask and that is the Avacted brand; no mask. It may need to be weekly uintil statistics prove the regime has worked.
