The bottom line is that prior to Stroll taking control, no matter what was good or bad about AML, as a business it was failing and unsustainable. Stroll, along with the superb executive appointments he’s made has put AML on a firmer footing with a much much better chance of a very bright future. Those commenting otherwise are blind. Long and strong AML :-))))

I doubled down at 370 so very happy with that and if it keeps on giving I’ll help myself to some more :-))))

DarkSide has reportedly posted to the dark web names of three new targets that have been cyberattacked.
The companies have not confirmed publicly that they have been attacked, but one is said to be based in Illinois, one in the U.K. and one in Brazil.

Looks like my conspiracy theory re IPO Mcap lowered/rise to $3 billion then sell was bang on the money!!!!! That’s all good though as I’ll just look to add incrementally on the pullback :-)

I am also of the opinion that managements forward looking approach will be to under commit and over achieve.

C26, I have not drilled down on the numbers but if it was so simple as to say that if AML gets to where Stroll’s targeting in 2025 (£2 billion revenue and adjusted earnings of £500 million before interest, tax etc.) on selling 10,000 units whilst incorporating debt payments too and the numbers just don’t add up, it will be relatively simple for accountants and more professional investors to see the ‘failings’ of the business plan don’t you think? If is this case, surely all the big hitters that have invested in AML would not have done so when this plan was announced in October last year? Once the company’s continued transition improves further, I wholly expect the debt itself to be refinanced at a much better percentage rate than it is now as the business itself will become less ‘risky’

As you and others have said Carpy, the foundation, strength and belief in AML is heavily dependent on those now steering the ship and it is undeniable (though I’m sure C26 will find a way!!) to suggest that we have some of the very best at the helm. It was simply upon hearing of Moers’ appointment that got me to invest in AML. I did no research at that time and didn’t even know Stroll had taken over!! Sometimes, gut instinct is all that is needed :-))))

Agree and disappointing. Volume very light again whereas I thought the partnership news would’ve had a more positive affect on the SP for more than just the day it was announced!!! Hey ho, will just add more on the dips :-)

Every time Matt the Brave lol!!!! I’ve only dipped my toe in to start a position so not unduly concerned if we pull back (which will be no surprise given the quick rise up from listing), will just look to add and build a more sizeable position as I definitely feel very positive about long term prospects of DT. When you look at number of other companies in this space that have 10x the Mcap, LTH is a good one IMO :-)))

I couldn’t watch anymore so bought in at 435!! If it drops, I’ll just add more as I think it has a very bright future. GLA

Well done all those who got in at the listing. I’d been waiting for years for it and missed it by a day due to an article I read saying it was scheduled for the day after!!! Watching the initial big jump from 250-350 immediately, I sat on the sidelines - much to my dismay now!!! I think Darktrace has a very good future but now Mcap is at $3 billion (the amount the original float was proposed to be), it will be interesting to see what happens. It sticks a bit IMO and am watching closely to see if profit will now be taken or whether it will just continue to climb. Any good pullback and I’ll be in. GLA

Fantastic news and about bloody time!!! Surely we’ll soon fly past the recent mid 200 highs and upwards thereafter? Significant partnership with a significant partner :-))

C26, Stroll & Co have road mapped their intended way to profitably/turning AML around. If it was so blindingly obvious that it’s flawed, why would so many big hitters have invested in AML? These people will have their minions who will have gone through ‘the plan’ with a fine tooth comb. Unless you are the all seeing oracle, what is about you that makes you so qualified and able to ‘see’ what nobody else can? What is your work experience and how deep is your investing experience? Have you ever owned your own business and what do you currently do? A genuine question. The debt is what it is, we know about it. The cash flow is what it is, we know about it. Sales are what they are, we know about them. How, because they’ve told us so why (like a dog with a bone) do you feel it necessary to constantly bang on about it? As I said, just doesn’t sound like investing is for you.

Yep, I’m 5 years of suffering and down 98%!! Just held on to my shares as value was virtually gone entirely but there’s light!! Should all existing SH be offered new shares (possibly discounted) at whatever the initial open price will be (should the RTO be completed)?

C26, I have come to the conclusion that you’re either short on AML or are the most pessimistic person on the planet. You’re constantly far too negative to be bullish AML. You’re now becoming so repetitive about debt blah blah which EVERYONE has known about for months and months and months. It is all part of the turnaround and absolutely necessary. They have all the right people in the right place and to date have done a fantastic job. I’ll see you in 6-12 months when I’ll be up about £50k! ;-)
