A 29 million share dump, blimey! Surprised it didn't go below 0.15p It wasn't you then Quin bailing out?

So Mr 3.2m buy on the 15th August decided to dump the stock on the 17th August for a loss of £403. Way to go! What happened in the last 2 days that convinced you that an investment in this company might not bring you riches?

You can be sure that the placing price willresult enough voting rights for those people who have an interest in this going private to force through the vote. To be honest 0.10p is probably ambitiously high!

Wasn't really a premium, the average share price over the period they accrued their fees was significantly higher than 0.28p they converted at. The share price has since fallen below this price because investors have lost faith due non existent communication from the board and the likelihood this company will end up private.

I wonder how those gold and lithium opportunities are coming along..........

Placing? There should be a massive one by the end of the year - when the £300k loan gets converted + any fundraising needed to recommence production.

I have been going over the news over the last year, (over and over again!) now unless there are subliminal messages in the text that I'm not picking up on.........things don't look good for shareholders.

I might be one of those people who have misunderstood the information in the RNS's

Perhaps you could enlighten the long suffering shareholders your interpretation of the RNS information so that we can all sleep sound at night!

Clearly the minister knows about the project, if he says otherwise, he just doesn't want to comment about it to the press.

What does concern me is that I have more shares than the CFO, what does he know that I don't?

I think it’s crazy to buy now before we have some idea of the long term financing solution, personally I think the SP is going down to 0.1p mainly because the market expects there to be twice as many shares in issue as there was a few weeks ago. The £300,000 is just to keep the company ticking over until long term financing can be found. If they are voting at the AGM to allow Ashwath to have greater than 30%, I think he will likely convert at around 0.1p to get over that 30%. He would then have an additional 300m shares, on top of his 30 odd million he has at the moment, which would give him roughly one third of the company with roughly 1 billion shares in issue. After converting, I wouldn’t mind betting that he will be instrumental in providing the long term finance solution as well.

It all stinks really.

But you still have voting rights for shares held in nominee accounts, so why would they be exempt?

He's not going to that! The'll want to know why he's not listed as one of their significant shareholders. Ashwath Mehra is the only non BOD or ex BOD with greater than 3 per cent.

I agree, it should have been the average price over the time they accrued their fees.

I love the way they mention 'representing a premium of approximately 27 per cent. to the Company's closing mid-market share price of 0.22 pence on 5 July 2018' as if they are being generous. What they fail to mention is that its 50 per cent less than it was 2 weeks ago and 75 per cent than it was 12 months ago.

Could have been worse though, was expecting them to wait a bit to see if it falls further, before converting.

Been out of this stock for about 12 months so still trying to catch up. A couple times I've seen September mentioned here as a significant month, can't see anything in the RNS's, what's expected in September?

How the company is financed for 2019 will be the catalyst for this company becoming a pup or a phoenix - It's anybody's guess until then. But I agree, when a BOD refuses to engage with shareholders, historically it never ends well.

Did anyone else read this:

"The Company is seeking shareholder approval to increase the Company’s authorised share capital to US$750,000 comprising common shares of par value US$0.0003 each. The proposed increase in the authorised share capital of the Company will allow the Board to issue up to an additional 1,947,205,967 common shares."
