The April data shows bopd maintained at 960 net, whilst POO bounced up from the March dip c.$67, up for a few days c.$80 then was settled c.$75 prior to $70. An average WTI perhaps c.$73 less $1.20 for us, so netback c. $18 giving c.$520,000 into the kitty. POO is expected to rise so if bopd keeps constant throughout GGS installation And the pennies are carefully monitored, then should suspect we can survive July’s rerate. Literally comes down to AM + careful management & so far that’s been a severe disappointment.

AM’s management of the consolidation will be telling ; he has clear history of rushing through on his excitements (4 placings in 4 weeks when 1st introduced to Atomic Senior, June 2020 when we then sat on 3.6B shares / 43.9B at today’s rates) and so the expectations are of A. a quick consolidation then B. with further placing to supplement the current low funds prior to C. moving onto a listing in US.

Will be interesting to see how Mr.G plays this..

The vote counts will be ‘interesting’ in that it will show a significant portion of the investors have lost faith in the CEO. Even though i voted strongly for AM to be removed I’m guessing though that we will still see him in control but that now, his ‘control’ will have many many ii’s / Pi’s questioning his inputs more rigorously. So hopefully we can all still benefit.

Peeps are rightly focused on the extremely high pay awards that have been dished out but perhaps it might be worth putting a wee bit if context on them eg. at what exact point last year were these awards deemed to be acceptable and what then was the outlook. Then try factor in the subsequent pitfalls and if anything could have changed the current status quo. And 9 times out of 10 you then come back to the poor management.

Poor management then being the polar opposite of Ms.Homes criminal enterprises.

There was one professional negotiator present though. And I’m guessing that IF the JVP does exist then they might have been listening to him also..

Hopefully no more darned hiccups on the field and that with GGS Phase 1 in progress, we can then hit the ground running by the time the hedge switches in.

AM won’t have to worry too much over the votes. The numbers suggest he will be covered.

Similar occurred Q2 in 2021. Again there was disgruntled LTH all advocating mutiny. Their numbers were then at c.4.5B & again they failed to take in the bigger picture, that the dilutions were such that they were now a minority, as totals at that time had quickly risen to c.12B

Similarly to this month, when most peeps are forgetting / not realising, that pre February’s calamitous RNS the LTH was then numbered at c.280M (there was v.little shorts in January when ‘6 new wells at CC’ was being promoted) and that now there are an additional 160M new owners who all generally bought in at c.6p and will all be very expectant to see a 100% return. A minimum of one-third of the share base are new holders.

Numbers are then still slightly biased towards the LTH of pre January, but would be quite rare for most investors to admit they’ve called it wrong and so will step back from any decisive voting. Most peeps generally have two investment philosophies, with their main funds tied into pensions etc and these being put into long term stocks whilst a smaller second pf of ‘gambling stocks’ takes up the higher risk trades. Psychologically & peeps wont sell losers so quickly on their long term stocks whilst with the gambling funds any losses are quickly terminated. Then suggests that AM will be fairly confident of retaining the chair.

The best that could be hoped for is that AM gets a wake up call & so starts improving on his rather poor management skill sets. I would put a wee wager on though that within a few months he then reverts back to type. Hopefully though, no one will care at that point.

Ohh, and how long is that additional plumbing that is needed to bring CC to the GGS..

Ed, I too agree that the time has indeed passed, the votes have been cast and so now we just await the results next week. Has been a fairly heated subject covering the proposed resolution for the forthcoming Special Meeting. Irrespective of the outcome one should try to be flexible ; the vote can easily go against our wishes, so we must be adaptable, be it then selling up, holding or even buying more.

Would indeed be very nice if the debate then became centred on the assets & the development of field come mid July but I’m currently hedging that we might then see another placing arrive, even off the back of a successful GGS Phase 1 commissioning, to then allow a more rapid development of CC. I’m aware that many good peeps believe that 3 wells will then be sufficient to entice a JV to commit, but my figures suggest that AM could seek to utilise up to 16 wells to delineate the field.

The bb’s maestro of debate concerning assets & their developments, is noticeably missing these last few weeks. Hopefully we will see his return as & when my fears are then proven unfounded ?

That was the concern when hearing that there is a possible naked short that has been raised. Would take a significant player to enter into that eg. Spreadex.

Can be seen that some of the cheaper players eg. Brel who were actively de-ramping the stock for the first two weeks of this month have now changed their tune & are all now actively criticising the peeved-off LTH.

Their ‘longs’ are no doubt tied into the spread-bets, which the MM’s are happy to drop the bid on to try catch those of a desperate situation ; check out the number of posts actively acting other players whilst totally ignoring the ball.
