Interesting thing here then, is that an Oracle employee thought it was newsworthy enough to tweet... from a 713B company, suggests (if it was Defence Holdings related), it's much more than us just being a "user" of their system... as suggested by earlier comments.

"with an amount you're comfortable risking" - doesn't sound as upbeat as usual from Charles, as he is still implying risk, even at this level.

I did include reference to this in my email to the company, to which I unfortunately never received a response (extract below):

You may be aware that certain brokers such as Interactive Investor and AJ Bell are currently only transacting DH shares on a sell only basis, and there is much confusion over why that is, and whether it is related to this.

Have you ever seen any other company act in this way Spud?

They are positioning themselves as pioneers in software/AI, yet struggle to comply with the simplest form of governance, hence my additional concern beyond my "obsession"

FFS - trying to start an actual discussion about the company and all you get is guesswork on where the price is going and where you can and can't buy. Surely this has been done to death by now.

I appreciate this is a press contact email address, so wondered if you had a specific way to contact Investor Relations. I am a shareholder in Defence Holdings (DH) and have a couple of queries regarding recent events:

In respect of the latest AGM, I received a Corporate Action via my broker and submitted my responses in the usual manner. I was therefore surprised to see the PRN on 14th October stating all resolutions were passed by "a show of hands". Would it be possible to clarify why the voting percentages were not communicated in the usual manner.

Thanks Sharpey, interesting take particularly when they gave such limited information on the AGM resolutions being passed by “a show of hands” suggests the BoD are a bit lax in the Governance area too.

They’ve also recently changed the company registered address, but not on the website.

Sure the happy clappers will say they’ve got more important things to deal with, but they need to grip things like this up if they want to be taken seriously.

First time in a good few weeks that I thought I'd try a dummy buy on ii... Still get the following message:
