Sorry if that's how you interpret things Warrie... it just so happens that the AGM RNS was issued on a down day... I would have made the same comment on the resolution wording if we had been up 10% today.

I did not expect anything from the RNS , to me it's matter of fact and people are super busy getting on with matters of more importance.

That short was from 15th September, prior to ALRDF trading, so nothing to do with Defence Holdings.

So basically, they've just created another company name / business division, which undoubtedly will follow all the past creations (process, £2m payout), but yet again with no meat on the bone or any actual business development.

That's 20% of the company changing hands over the last two sessions alone!
