Wizz Air Holdings PLC - Budapest-based budget airline - Carries 4.9 million passengers in April, up 32% from 3.7 million a year before and 4.3 million in March. Load factor was 90.9%, up from 83.5% a year prior but down from 92.2% in March. On a rolling 12-month basis, Wizz carried 52.3 million passengers with a 88.4% load factor, up from 30.2 million a year before on a 79.3% load factor. Thanks OilyFredy, if I simply sold pre-divi, I would be creating a large capital gains event & fortunately I am not carrying enough losses to cancel this, so still highly taxed. Looking to create a 20+ year out nest egg, not pay a ton of taxes now.

Thanks Androcles, I am not an ex-pat & my EU ISA type account never allows share transfers, only cash inputs & post brexit, no UK shares can be bought or held within, even a UK take-over of an EU company would force a share sale.

Jimmy & EuroChamps, a one off very large special dividend, is a disaster for me, as I am non UK based & my ISA type account can no longer hold my UK shares, post brexit. Any special dividend would be taxed near 40% straight away, whereas I always prefer to choose when & how to take capital gains & use up my capital losses.
