The Whistleblower may well have an axe to grinding and may also have a financial motivation, however, the onus may be on the defence to prove that his motivation actually was, and not as the DOJ will probably argue that he was divulging this info as a good-spirited citizen and in the public interest ........
Just playing Devil’s advocate here as we cannnot W too blinkered with our mindsets and need to look at both sides of the argument...

Wonder if we will ever find out who the Whistleblower is as they like to keep them secret

What must be borne in mind that we may be in the dark in the legal issues but anyone subscribing to in pace can access some of the legal docs before they are available for general consumption.
So maybe, just maybe, the updates on the legal side are more positive than negative...

H , normally I do keep the faith but needed a few quid so sold my lot last week, watching the SP remain strong against the odds gave me the feeing i had jumped at the wrong time, as was siren news was coming...
Then the Virus hit the fans and that gave me some comfort....BUT, still keeping the faith as I am
confident this will come good very soon and just hope I am flush enough to get back in before it does ...

My observation was justified, whether you are paid to come up with guesses or not is immaterial.
The fact is they are just that “guesses” with little or no substance...
At the same time I hope your guesses are accurate as I, as you appear to doubt, am in..and how you “guessed” I was not God only knows as you will see from my previous posts I have never once been negative on the stock, we both have the same goal and that is for SP to improve big time but wishes and guesses don’t help this move in the right direction and are useless with some sort of reasoning to back it up.
It just gets a bit tedious reading posts with prophesies of where a share will be and when they are not in the back of credible reasoning, you not not just guessing the direction but precise numbers to boot.
I am just saying it the way it is ....and don’t need to
further the “debate” on a Friday afternoon...

In ones sense you are ridiculing the brokers “guesses” and then you come with a whole host of guesses yourself.....

The only adverse withdrawals would be if INDV were actually changing lead Counsels or Firms.

I think we are being too subjective.
While we all agree the INDV product was beneficial
to Opioid addicts, the DOJ are not saying any different, in actual fact that is no part of the indictment.
The DOJ’s argument is that INDV conspired with others with inducements to prescribe their products over other similarly beneficial treatments.
Here lies the crux of the indictment, NOT the effectiveness of the product but the means of promoting it...

The DOJ’s arguments to INDV’s claims may well sound compelling as you would expect from DOJ attorneys.
That’s their job to argue against everything and anything the Defendants put forward, even when they know they are likely to lose the arguments.
They just don’t roll over.
The fact remains it is just them stating their viewpoint and may not necessarily stand up against INDV’s argument.
Will just have to wait and see what the Judge thinks of it all.

In don’t wish to put a dampener on the recent
posts concerning the DOJ case but let’s not forget
that INDV are named in another 250 lawsuits as referred to Q3 RNS Notes, that collectively could collectively be considerable..
Although, I am reliably informed that this number is being reduced on an ongoing basis AND if we were to get a result on the DOJ, most, if not all of the others would fail by default...

Whitehat, I am almost certain the payment date
will remain constant, I think the RNS just stated the payment was delayed until Jan and I just assumed that this meant on the usual payday of the month, otherwise I am sure they would probably have stated a particular date.
I hope I am wrong but don’t see any reason for them to pay any earlier once they have an agreement in place for the delay.

It’s retaliation for a number of recent events either backed or supported by Iran. Taking the key individual behind the plannings out is a statement that DT felt needed to be made.
Iran have been pushing for a fight in retaliation for the sanctions and the Embassy attack was where they overstepped the mark and it got a reaction.
I personally don’t have a problem with it ..

Appears they are comfortable with their
investment as that is a fairly decent addition
to their already substantial holding..
