Only just seen this, it was in yesterdays FT and it could be the cause of the drop today..

It is likely the potential shorters believe this is too short already, they usually get it right, so work it out yourselves...

Just topped up as this 20% swing in 24hrs cannot be justified and in all probability it will settle somewhere in between the high and low

Certainly worth a punt at this level on he outcome of the hearing.
If the Motion fails then not a major crisis and should not effect the SP greatly.
However, if it succeeds then the SP will jump massively...
So all in all worth a gamble on the outcome..

“Adequately covers” was not actually mentioned
however it was my perception

Spoke with Indivior Investor Relations yesterday.
Whilst they were non committal to a number of my questions, here is what I made of the “answers” for what it is worth.
The Motion to Dismiss is speculative.
They are looking to settle and believe the $500m contingency they have set aside will adequately cover it.
As I say this is my read on the conversation but
cannot be relied upon.
Whilst I was hoping for a dismissal I still think anything under the $500m is a good result.

No-one selling so no-one buying.
This has come at the wrong time just when
there was some upward momentum.
The buyer may not wait around too much longer
and we could go back to square one as don’t think
there are too many investors looking to put too
much money in this at the moment...

Need some profit-takers before close so the buyer can pay top dollar for them

so the SP is stuck until the buyer can get his
hands on more...

I believe the Motion to Dismiss was pleaded last week, however this
was basically both party's arguments being put forward to the Court...
Not sure when the Court will make a decision...

Did Shep not realise that as this may have been the only thing
