SP nothing as actually changed in respect of the
Indv case.....the Purdue news is causing the drop even though it will not effect the Indv case...

Well put Dick, I personally have no problem with shorters but I do believe the key is transparency for the Funds investors AND for the gains/fees going into the fund not in the managers pocket.
The FM is in place to manage the fund not operate a “sideline” with the customer’s monies...as this activity cannot be performed without the customers investment, then it has to form part of the funds profits.
Maybe then and only then would the vast majority of Investors find shorting less abhorrent.

Angela, they never read from the same hymn sheet and half the time it is an opinion based on who knows what, otherwise why would we be seeing so many contradictory advices....
Problem is the majority don’t have a good track record with their forecasting so best to ignore, even the positive ones, unless of course, there are other indicators that give credence to their advices.

Nicetu, good points, glad you are not heavily invested, especially given the dire state of the SP and the lack of information being made available to investors to provide comfort.
Unfortunately, there may be others who up to their cap badge in this share.
This can usually be measured by the angst in their posts.
