Enough detail to realise this biz is struggling and I I I I am seriously debating cutting my losses and getting out, just waiting to see if the SP does get back some of the losses in the next few days.
Right away Juniper slow start is blamed for only like for revenue, although ..,
- Existing biz “remains strong”
- “strong contract renewals”
So IF Juniper somehow managed to contribute zero revenue this would entail NO growth whatsoever, so revenue for existing products is most likely realistically, down significantly.
And then the hint of a fund raise, this despite Juniper sales going forward “Will contribute materially to the 2nd half of the year” added to which we have 18 months headroom in terms of cash flow in probably the fasting growing sector...
Something not reading right here, or is it me not reading it right ???
I see this company struggling for sometime to come....added to which I now see further evidence of a spoofing BOD...

Can I just re-iterate the point I made.
I did not indicate the purchase was a negative in respect of the outlook for the co.
I was basically commenting that the buy indicated that news, primarily on the DOJ issue, was not imminent as posters had been intimating.
He would be obliged to show due diligence and to check this prior to going ahead with his buy.

Bigbangs, totally agree, always a positive.
However, in this instance I was disappointed in that
a director cannot afford to be seen to be buying, even unwittingly, so soon before major announcements or developments.
I would assume he made enquiries that no such events were likely in the near future so he could buy with impunity...thus my disappointment with the purchase as reading between the lines it told the story.

Bunks, can only agree the term hold just getting longer.
Was expecting maybe some light at the end of the tunnel, not extinguishing the few lights we had.
After such a mundane update the SP is likely to stagnate for the foreseeable future....

RB, insider trading as such never is the company itself, it is a party that gains and uses confidential information.
At the end of the day, he has more access to this type of info than us Joe Bloggs shareholders and would not wish to be seen or be accused of this activity.
So we have 2 scenarios, he is totally oblivious to what’s going on in the company , if so then he needs to be sacked or he knows that there are no likely developments in the short term so can but with the knowledge that he will not be see to have acted illegally.

Got a bit of the basics of the DOJ and the Canadian issue, for what it’s worth.
DOJ - as we know they have filed for dismissal but cannot comment further is the Court issued a “Protective Order”. Case filed for hearing
May 2020.
Canada..working with Canadian partners to prepare regulatory requirements.....

As I have mentioned previously IMO this has been
a 3-Way deal..plea bargaining to use the US term...
It has to make sense that due not only due to the
the relationship of the 2 defendants but also the indemnity clause they were probably obliged to work together on their defence, otherwise the indemnity could be voided due to inappropriate action by one of the the parties.
So taking it a stage further..again IMO, the plea bargaining consisted of $1.4bn payment by one party and the other walks on a technicality.
No-one loses face and case closed.
