my sights are firmly set for it to rise significantly.
I have convinced myself that the assumptions I made on
the DOJ Deal are more or less factual and I will be suicidal
if I am wrong as am in far heavier than I would normally be
in any one share....
Having said that it would have to drop near 50% before
I was in a negative position.
But that is no consolation as I have already ear-marked
the profits for a new car...
The more thus goes up the better the spec...

Whilst the financial updates have not been anything to write home in recent times the fact is this was trading at over £4 before the DOJ got involved...so let’s say a 25% drop for poor trading forgive and another 25% drop for COVID..
This still entails like for like once the DOJ has gone away it should be circa £2..
This is not meant to be a forecast but just a personal analogy that I am using to convince myself that there is legs in the share..

Already agreed because the Judge would not have agreed the date of the

Yea, very significant. Why would he expose himself to jail time ?
Because the DOJ needed blood of some sort to let this "go away"
The deal has been done, thrown his hands up and he and INDV get
slaps on the wrist and everyone is happy.
INDV's slap maybe circa 1/2bn but they have catered for this amount.
I have topped up on this being right....
