Joe, like you I live in hope, but certainly don't class this stock as a safe haven type investment...in actual fact on a 1-5 risk rating, 5 being the riskiest, I would rate this no less than 3...
But I have had many opportunities to get out at a fairly decent profit, today being a prime example, but have refrained form doing so, not because I have confidence of better to come but I am a born
risk-taker and actually enjoy the turbulence but only when there is a happy ending..

Joe, I would have to see your more riskier investments if this the “banker”

Certainly some new found interest in this stock.
Maybe people now realising Pharma Co’s will be
less volatile and more resilient than most other sectors, although INDV has had its fair share of volatility in recent days..

Like you Mr D I have not been checking on FLX too much recently..however, whilst not having visibility of the drivel the Station Master and assume his pooch, who normally thanks him for saving him from bankruptcy, have posted, I do commend you on your posts...the pair of them are buffoons.

The oil traders are mercenary and will buy off anyone at the cheapest price..so the Saudis have not only reduced the prices but they have increased market share for a few months with forward sales and iit has made it very difficult for Putin to fight back immediately because what they are producing is not exactly “flying out the door”. So sticking to his volumes has had a negative affect in every way, reduced sales at reduced prices..
Cannot think of.a worse scenario for him....

It’s only profitable if and when you get paid...
Otherwise it’s a loss...

Certainly a lot more interest being shown in INDV
of late with the buys getting a little meatier than in recent weeks...

This really is not the time to be checking SP fluctuations on a hourly basis...
Unique forces causing unprecedented volatility and
absolutely very little to do with company values.
This is all outside of anyone’s control but one titbit of comfort maybe that in these uncertain times there is one thing for sure, given the reason for the upheaval, Is that the Pharma industry is the one sector that will not be affected going forward....

It does make you wonder what is driving the SP on the back of fairly poor y/e results and when the market is in carnage..

I believe the RNS is actually correct as the 4.71% was not notifiable as there is usually a 5% threshold
to trigger a RNS notification.

Shud have read “Court can award”

Claimant would be required to quantify their
losses...and as far as I am aware the number they claim is the maximum the Court no award.
Not certain if this applies in the in the US but it does in the UK...

I believe the DOJ indicate a figure ..ie $3bn in this claim, the Judge would then decide the actual amount awarded...
If this were to go against us, don’t for one minute think there will be any “Good Samaritans” consideration for INDV when the Judge makes his determination.
After all, INDV have been making good wedge for a number of years and saving lives is just a bonus and not their main consideration.

I think the sellers are all out by now and hopefully
the fight back will begin

I have heard it all now...not only is there an assumption of how much the settlement will be BUT also what we do with the spare cash....it is bordering on absurdity, give us all a break and

They admit to the availability of certain info and are
now suggesting INDV be a bit more specific ..
Sounds like a bit of a win for INDV as initially the DOJ were rejecting the requests in their entirety...
