Well done Volcano...was very tempted myself but
felt hard done by when I could not get 130+ in the immediate aftermath of the RNS..
So waiting with bated breath for the heavy hitters
to digest the RNS and see if they go in....
Either way sitting happy at the moment...

Immediately prior to the DOJ issue.
However it had been much much higher before
that and I am sure the DOJ were sniffing around
sometime before they Indicted causing a drop in
the SP

Great news, especially the fact they have time to pay which is a big bonus...Lawyers earned their wages.
Interesting to see where the SP goes from here and how much has already been factored in..
Although as it stands at the moment it is still 75% down on where it was before the DOJ issue so
there could well be better to come....only time will
tell but it is looking OK at the moment

Whilst LSE is never 100% accurate with buys/sells
and do tend not be able to differentiate at times
these do APPEAR to be correct looking at the prices..
There is a definitely an interest being shown in the
stock today...

The fact his was a “hold” at 45p and not a buy just goes to show they are just following the SP as opposed to looking to predict movements which you expect a Broker to do.
Having said that I don’t expect anything better from any of the ...

But of an anomaly to refer to this as "raising" of a target price when the SP
is already above that target....

Numbers not likely to be too good as they intimated in the update a
while back when they stated that new "enrolments" had been
reduced due to COVID.
Just an afterthought on the DOJ issue, they may be restricted
on what they can divulge prior to the hearing, which is hopefully
just a rubber-stamping of the deal

What they have “revealed” is obviously the positives and we are left to guess what they have
held back on...

See no reason for delaying the announcement.
Maybe they are just waiting to see if there was any outcry on
the "misdemeanour" charge for Thaxter.
After all it is a big comedown for the DOJ and could have caused
them difficulty making the 2 announcements too close together as
people would see the deal in its entirety, maybe giving the impression the
deal will not show them in a good light.....if that is the case then it
could be a very favourable deal for INDV.

Any good news and every chance this could go up sharply...
My problem with this stock is they limit their communications to
investors and I tend to suspect the worse as to why this is...
But it really is a sector that is difficult to fail in at the moment.
So for that reason only I am willing to sit it out for a bit longer..

The settlement is probably factored in but once an announcement
is actually made it could possibly spike again...
Whilst I would not be expecting too much profit buying at this
level the fact remains I believe it is more likely to go up than
go down...so on that basis there is an argument for buying even
though there may not be any massive profits..
Put it another way I am not looking to press the sell button just yet...

If the current trend continues it will likely
be THIS week..
Always an “if” in everything but it is not that
big an “if”
