Tommy - realistically, what do you think the odds are that we’ll even apply for an EUA, never mind it being approved?

It has to be less than likely. Which means more trials. I’m not convinced Synairgen as it is right now can or should take this forward. If no TO then we are back to the long game of more trials.

They certainly seem to be angling for another trial rather than EUA.

But if you'd been reading my posts in recent weeks/months, you'll have seen I've been realistic with SNG's prospects. I don't think an EUA will happen, and if a TO happens I reckon it'll be £1-2. I obviously hope I'm being pessimistic with my predictions.

I often struggle to get my head around Synairgen's SP, but I really did think we'd go a bit higher than we have done today, on the back of what looks like a great RNS.

Does anyone know if it's possible to watch the ATS presentation live (for free!)? Also, when SNG say "A company recording of the ATS presentation will be available on the Synairgen website", do they mean their own pre-recorded presentation back in Southampton, or that they are recording the ATS one and making it available at 8pm?!

I think an EUA is a very outside chance. But I suppose if you don’t ask, you don’t get.

The safety profile is excellent so I guess the regulators might be willing to give it a chance.

I wonder if the NIH will be considering a complete redesign of the ACTIV trial on the back of this…

Well done to Manifesto and TommyD for their positivity in the difficult times recently.

I still had belief (hence increasing my holding post 21/2 by 122%!) but was good to see the good research from Tommy to reinforce that belief, and Manifesto with his boundless enthusiasm!

Looking forward to the presentation later, I want Synairgen with the balloons and party poppers... they have to show this in the best light possible. IMO I do not see us applying for or getting EUA. It's another trial, which it says as much in the RNS, and this will take a lot of time. And help. TO for me at some point, but regardless, we live on.

I’m still doubtful we’ll go for an EUA. BUT… this should mean SNG lives on, whether it be another trial or takeover or whatever. We’ve hopefully given ourselves another shot. And as pointed out below, realistically that’s the best we could have hoped for.

And yes, where’s ACTIV-2?! If we can get that in the next few weeks and it also be positive, perhaps the big boys will start sniffing around…

All I can say is that I was never fooled by the so called new Andybe4 a few weeks back!
