How about we all stick to percentages. Something like “I would’ve lost approximately 50%” etc.

And just don’t have stop losses and monitor the market yourself. As evidenced, they don’t work and are potentially dangerous.

Remember, Simon Shaw said STRIVE, or platform trials in general, are still not out of the question. Albeit the chances look slim, and slimmer with each passing day. But it’s another reason why I’ll not try trading this. After all this, if sold out in the hope of rejoining at 5p and a PT or the like was announced with a significant rerate in the SP, I’d be jumping off the nearest bridge :D

Completely understand the logic, but you’ve got to be absolutely sure the SP is going to fall. What if there is a small bounce (relative to a lot of LTHs average in prices) to say just 10p. So I sold at 6.5p and now have to buy back at 10p! Some 35% less shares? And that’s ignoring trades costs and stamp duty.

If you’re a trader, fair enough. But for me, I don’t want to take the risk of being out of the market and missing out. Equally, I have enough shares that if this ever comes good I’ll be a happy man and won’t regret trying to eke out another 30-40% shares.

ETTO, truly. Whatever path we choose, we shouldn’t criticise others for it. If I’ve done that in the past (other than responding to a troll who is being antagonistic) then I apologise.

You're assuming that a SP won't move up because of no news. It might be more likely to go down, but isn't guaranteed.

Goaded is an interesting word, because I'd say your posts in recent months seem designed to goad LTHs.

I don't recall slaughtering anyone for trading. Best of luck to you all, but personally I haven't got the time, skill or luck with short term trading. The slaughtering to me seems to be towards long suffering LTHs who continue to hold/or show faith in the company.
